03/3/2018 16:49 | Thanks RodMaybe the feeling is cos I have been bid by 3 different institutions for stock over the last few weeks..maybe they are insiders hahahaha or maybe they have the "feeling" !! | tilly99
03/3/2018 16:04 | What is the investment though ? £10m Its going to have to do bloody well to turn £10m profit to break even. What was it last year ? £3m to turn £600k.lol | spec7
03/3/2018 15:59 | Thanks SpecCheckit is now the keyWill it ever make money over and above the investment made I have no idea but that's key now | tilly99
03/3/2018 15:54 | I think you have the wrong end of the stick, i am more than happy for you, considering what a car crash this whole episode has been with the destruction of Hartest and nearly Elektron i think you have done very well. | spec7
03/3/2018 15:12 | SpecU should be happy I've recovered 23p on a lot of my investment Sour grapes?? Cmon mate be happy for shareholders that saw the value down at 5p when most others were quoting an Nav of 2p : ) | tilly99
03/3/2018 14:59 | Haven't spoken to d and a and don't think any of the mgmnt would give me any info!!I'm not investing on a hunch..I have made a lot of money here unlike many and am shocked you would even hint that I would deal on inside info Roddie ..shame on you And as I have said I have been a big seller of stock so I wouldn't be selling if I knew a big contract was about to be won So what a pathetic post Roddie | tilly99
03/3/2018 14:34 | It was the same funny feeling that made him sell a load this week Roddie :-) | spec7
03/3/2018 14:10 | Tilley, "Got a funny feeling we are going to win a bigun for Checkit in the next few weeks" Is this "funny feeling " anything to do with info gained from D&A or others, or is it guesswork? ---: no need to answer that question, but rest assured I never invest on funny feelings.--- Oh the grand old Duke of York, He had ten thousand men, He marched them up to the top of the hill, Then he marched them down again. | roddiemac2
03/3/2018 13:30 | I said i don't know if he has done a good job, i don't know what his job is. No company this size really needs a CEO and a chairman. At the time of the rights issue and the china fiasco not to mention their move into North Africa or 100 other dubious decisions, Daley was at the controls we are lead to believe. I am simply saying that had they given him some keys or a role of bubble wrap to play with years ago (or in this case checkit) they may never have got into the mess in the first place. Checkit is proving a bloody expensive way of keeping Daley out the way but at least its now a money pit with a supply of money all be it money that could have been invested in Bulgin or a dividend. | spec7
03/3/2018 13:04 | Daley needs to get Checkit right...hasn't really put a foot in the right direction yet with hartest acquisition costing is millions The jury is out(excuse the pun Barry!!) | tilly99
03/3/2018 13:03 | Wow spec you know how to turn around a storyDo they care where their dough has gone? They are up 10m quid...that's a great return on their investment Ok so if Wilson has done a good job with Bulgin then he deserves his share of the LTIP but he was responsible for the mess he put us in ..ie the 9m debt and rights issue that could've been avoided if the move out of China wasn't so disastrous | tilly99
03/3/2018 12:11 | So you're saying Wilson has done a good job?I didn't think you were a fan of either daley or wilson? | tilly99
03/3/2018 12:10 | D and a was criticised for buying into ekt as most saw it as an awful investment | tilly99
03/3/2018 10:37 | The fact is Daley has survived because he handed over Bulgin to Wilson. Bulgin is the goose laying the golden eggs here and given half a chance he would have shot that as well, instead he has concentrated on Checkit which speaks for itself. | spec7
03/3/2018 10:29 | No one took the pee out of D&A, they took the pee out of Daley for needing to be rescued by D&A | spec7
03/3/2018 10:28 | As I've said for years ,Bulgin is worth 25p all day longIf our eye product takes off then 35p all day long If Checkit takes off I wouldn't be surprised if we could reach 100pSo buy ekt at 28p for minimal downside and huge upside Yes ive sold many shares to derisk (still have big holding though) as I prefer spsy and these two make up a large part of my portfolio but I do believe we will hit 40p within a year..With 6m in cash having had 9m in debt it wouldn't surprise me if we got a "maiden and sacrosanct" dividend Andy weatherstone was the best appointment we made and deserves all the options and warrants he has | tilly99
03/3/2018 10:23 | For all those taking the pee out of d and a for rescuing ekt at 5p should eat humble pieHe's made 600pct!! Some times you just have to follow the "smart money"Well down d and a and Andy weatherstone ..one of the best partnerships in the City | tilly99
03/3/2018 10:16 | Upgrading my price target to 40pGot a funny feeling we are going to win a bigun for Checkit in the next few weeksThat's the game changer that will make us a VRS type stockHats off to Andy Weatherstone for turning this company around Most gave up the faith at 5p..your arrival changed things substantially for the better EKT A VERY STRONG BUY Price target 40p | tilly99
01/3/2018 13:21 | Or take the police to court to stop the huge increase in local burglaries....we need more police on our streets | tilly99
01/3/2018 11:27 | He should take DPD to court and they might then reply to my emails about the parcel they have lost :-) | spec7
01/3/2018 11:03 | Simon Templar You should take Barclays to court. A class action on behalf of long-suffering Barclays customers. Their new SmartInvestor website is STILL absolute rubbish. Over the last 6 months, they have wasted many, many hours of my time. Hours that I could have spent on stock research. Not to mention all of the money spent on phone calls that last hours in a queue. | bakunin
01/3/2018 08:19 | Done the sums and think Ekt will settle at 35p unless we get some major news on Checkit contracts I am a seller at a price but that's cos mgmnt have treated me and all PI here awfully so time to move on I think down the line if Checkit is a failure this will get an offer at between 30p and 40p and mgmnt will bite their hands offHey ho,enough rambling by me | tilly99
28/2/2018 15:52 | Roddie Isn't very unlikely that a junior judge or should I say a judge in a court of lower pedigree would make a judgement vs solicitors??!! | tilly99
28/2/2018 14:09 | zcaprd7, A judge must not allow his or her dislikes to influence his or her judgement , Regardless of who QUOTES " stuff to them " | roddiemac2 |
