I didn't think I had Simon ;) Although I tend to be a bit jumpy around such things since the Smith episode!

I meant I didn't see anything actionable by anyone. If you haven't make attempts to ask for removal of any offensive posts then you will struggle to get any action taken to be honest.

Happy to be proven wrong and the law is fluid in this area.

I don't need to trace people when someone commits a criminal offence the police can do it quite easily.

So long as the evidence is there the police have duty to investigate all crimes and believe it or not one can use various Human Rights Acts to enforce this.

As a last resort or anyone wanting to speed the process up its relatively easy taking out a summons in the magistrates court and seeking an arrest.

The police have been told, I am seeking a criminal prosecution against quite a number of individuals for both a fraud and "Hate Crimes".

Sooner or later some individual will be named as being arrested for some very serious offences.

Litigation is still progressing in the courts I've issued numerous urgent applications recently.

I agree "same old"!

This time of year important to me, this year different however. Litigation is still ongoing and it will be for some time yet.

The truth will unbind, then the path of the just is the shining light which will lead the way forward to walk free, as the wrongdoers turn away from the light and fall as blind men in the dark.

Then all things will be renewed.

Off subject its just been announced Max Clifford died in prison at 74!

I suspect many of his victim won't have much sympathy, prison must have been difficult to deal with after his privileged lifestyle.

Not that I am able to discuss in detail on a bulletin board.

There are lots of things I would like to say but I do not want to prejudice what is happening on a number of fronts.

There is some extremely complex litigation going on 7 days a week, which involves numerous authorities.

Beeks the purchaser or seller should inform the company on each 1 % above 3%.

The 175,000 which Tiger mentions clearly not the amount shifted from 5% to 10% the rules been clearly been broken.

conversely on each 1% on the sell side. But no need to declare under 3%

Seems there were some hefty changes in reporting this year (June).

I’ve seen this various times over the years - orders could be filled by various brokers and there can be a myriad of legitimate reasons for a delayed announcement.

Simon, just because you put it in big letters doesn’t mean it is right.

My main point is that it is down to the purchaser. It doesn’t mean any wrongdoing has happened and could be down to circumstance.

If I bought 10% of a company, I would need to release announcements over and over. That’s just silly.

Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which

This change from 5% to 10% is due to the purchase of
175,000 shares on 4 December 2017.

The responsibility lies with the purchaser to notify the company who notify the market.
Any movement that breaks that % points counts until its under 3%.

Could they have gone from 7 to 10% by purchasing a large amount in one transaction?
