Yes top bloke He respected us private investors Something Daley never did ..Shame Really as Ricketts has transformed Versarien while Daley has wasted millions and Millions on an ill judged acquisition and an awful move out of China and an awful move to Torquay and an awful illegal Jsop scheme and Millions wasted on Checkit Be nice to replace Daley and Wilson with Neill Ricketts

I've gone for some VRS on primary bidMuch better chairman and CEO than the one at ektThey bought total carbide from us and have more than doubled its worth!!Ricketts was a bad loss for EKT

Update on litigation:

There are to be some significant developments this month in relation to litigation. Evidence of criminal conduct brought before the court. There are more and more people implicated in serious wrongdoing.

Even if the brokers consented, to the exercise of the options, they will still be held to be illegal in due course due to previous wrongdoing. Furthermore I have evidence FinnCap have acted wrongly.

Please provide me with the link and the information as to what share prophets have said.

Have already contacted the authorities, if they refuse to act I will do so independently.

The directors get updated on sales on a regular basis Wilson should not have exercised any options its fraudulent.

There are to be court hearings this month, I shall be providing evidence of both perjury and market manipulation.

Furthermore some of the posters on this thread have already been reported to various authorities.

I will not stand for anyone posting untrue and offensive material about me or my family neither any poster distorting the truth.

Wow share prophets have picked up on Wilson buying shares last week!!Hmmmmmm..silly man reallyThis mgmnt are too greedy by half ..it's one thing buying shares from the Jsop ie us shareholders at all time low of 6p but buying over a million shares a week before a trading update beating expectations is more than greed..its insider trading !Mr Templar..I fancy you are about to have your day in the sun!!

Personally think Bulgin worth 25pCheckit worth 3p as an option but minus 3p for mgmnt here so our shares worth 30p fair value with other parts?I doubt I will hold for this though!!Barry,fight your battle with those that deserve the repercussions!!Why was Wilson allowed to buy shares a week before a trading update that beat? Probably delayed it knowing this mgmt!! Lol

Especially when there is evidence all over this board that it is true. Your post 722 merely confirms this when you are unable to demonstrate a level of objectivity, rationality and proportionality. One of the judges stated this in his summation.

Please provide this post to the "authorities" as my defence to your allegation of a hate crime.

You don't have an angle on reality. Thats the real issue here. why not post on threads of companies you hold shares in?
