He compared EKT with Oxford Instruments and Renishaw? That's all the proof you need that the guy has a screw loose. Delusional beyond belief. Daley and Wilson are not fit enough to polish Ian Barkshire's shoes.

Guys For weeks on end Daley sent me charts comparing our progress with Oxford instruments and Renishaw !!He was showing off at the time I wonder if he will be sending me a chart comparing our share price with Versarien ???!!He still thinks that not having a private and retail following makes no odds...well it bloody well does !! Vrs 45p and we are 17p!!Daley sold our stake in Vrs at 8p as he didn't rate RickettsWhose having the last laugh??!!!

We lost a good director in Neil Riketts plus the loss of our investment in the company which has gone up near 5 times since our sale.

rod I had a breakthrough in court yesterday I finally managed to get the Judge to look at some evidence which had an impact.

Things are going to change now so far as any litigation is concerned to the advantage of shareholders.

Update on litigation

Evidence of criminal conduct going to come before the court next week.

I am to seek numerous solicitors and barristers be prosecuted in a criminal court including numerous directors of Elektron Technology PLC.

I will update in due course.

The police informed me yesterday the investigation is ongoing.

Wow compare the popularity of Ricketts to DaleyRicketts tries to raise 1.2m and raises 2.9m ..although bit naughty to say raising 1.2 and then raise 2.9m!!Wish Daley had kept Ricketts..and kept our stake in versarien as that looks to be going places Ekt have made some bloody awful strategic decisions ..yet our directories continue to pay themselves millions and millions of pounds

Tiger,

You and I are aware of an unfair market of shares in Elektron, going back many years, the evidence is in the emails which were sent to a number of individuals including Peter Whear from one of the director's of Elektron and to name the individual it was Simon Acland!

This was the guy that resigned after I provided evidence of wrongdoing.

The chickens coming home to hatch now which involves market manipulation.

I know of a considerable number of individuals who have provided me with evidence of unfair and illegal trade deals.

All will be revealed in due course and I am certain a large number of people will be arrested soon.
