I actually feel a bit sorry for Daley He had a major decision and he backed the wrong horse He backed Wilson over RickettsMonths later we had a major profits warning and nearly went bust Ricketts has gone on to take Vrs nearly into the ftse 250Daley then backed Wilson on Checkit which has so far cost shareholders 12m gbpDaley not happy at all at the moment ..and now has to battle Barry in the courts again...Oh dear

Versarien a true technology company with massive potential.

All credit to Neil, I have spoken with him often the last few years, he is one clever cookie.

If Neil had have been in charge at Elektron the share here would have rocketed by now.

Neil has an ability to target where there is a high demand for the most up to date technology and lead the field.

Does anyone remember a claim that Elektron would be a footsie 250 company?

No not a fan and been absolutely on the ball with my views on the company and those who listened saved a packet.

Serious matters in court the next few days, and as grave as it can get, just taken a break as its exhausting dealing with the complexities and it helps me to refocus If I do other things when it gets too much.

How many years the relatives kept complaining for an enquiry over the Hillsborough disaster?

Eventually they got one and individuals are facing criminal charges!

The difference is I don't need a public enquiry in order to seek a criminal prosecution.

Something highly significant legal issues which will have important ramifications in hand at the moment.

What has also been claimed is FinnCap been implicated in the illegal sale of shares.

FinnCap resigning doesn't surprise me one bit.

I have to be careful what I say however FinnCap produced broker notes which contained misleading information in their reports before I took action against the directors, and I made it clear to a number of parties the company may have had a claim against FinnCap. The directors ultimately responsible.

That still remains the case for a number of reasons.

1. The first being they failed to address the issues which I pointed out to them.

2, The second they were informed the new products in relation to the new connectors had not been made available when the com0any said they would be available.
