I do apologise ST this is obviously far too much for my simple mind to comprehend and I must bow to your vastly superior intellect here.

Out of interest which of the 3 or 4 judges that successively threw out your claim was biased or was it all of them?

Just so I'm clear on this now, all the judges, all of the barristers, all of the solicitors, all of the directors past and present and all of the major shareholders are all in Daley's pocket?

This must be one of the largest miscarriages of justice ever.

The same Judge has shown bias and erred in law and the direct access barrister who was supposed to deal with these matters at the court of appeal failed to do so hence he is implicated in fraudulent conduct.

You and many other investors have little understanding of the complexities of what has gone on but all will come clear in due course.

In the meanwhile its little point in providing links if you don't know the facts particular with Sainsbury's, they were warned of an appeal then settled out of court. It cost Sainsbury's a considerable amount of money for their wrongful behaviour, as it will cost considerable amount of money to everyone who has been implicated in wrongful acts in relation to Elektron.

I would suggest you await news in the coming weeks as there will have to be an update at some stage the seriousness of the matter cannot be held back, too much money is involved.

There may be a delay to any compensation as criminal conduct must take precedence.

Please stay in a padded room courtesy of her majesty.

You clearly need help. A great deal.

I wish you well but as one of the Judges that threw out your ludicrous claims says:

You are someone that completely lacks rational and objective analysis.

Or words to that effect.

Tilly,

After the fundraise the brokers promised a note and in actual fact the company allude to a note at the meeting I attended with FinnCap at their offices in London.

As you probably know I refused to take part in the fundraising at the time, I told all who attended the meeting they didn't need the fundraising and I didn't agree with it. Daley and Wilson attended and so did the CFO. Also a representative from Finnap.

I think you have a good idea why the company hasn't provided a broker note its all been engineered.

What I can say is the FCA has been provided with evidence of market manipulation and there is more evidence which is going to be presented to the FCA.

I will make no bones about all this, I have provided both the police and FCA with concrete evidence of illegal trading in Elektron shares recently and the transactions fraudulent.

Regardless of the above litigation continues and there will be further updates in due course.

You are correct the company must have known they would beat market expectations had they had a brokers note out the fact that they have not sought to engage brokers is evidence of market manipulation.

The FCA are aware of Ruff's purchases, some of which have been purchased illegally. You can be assured Ruff will not benefit from fraudulent trading however!

Totally agree I bought Rototherm (can't remember spelling!!)stake at c6p so I sold some of my stock into the rise I agree with you about the valuation here and the posters that think our shares are overvalued cos all Bulgins profits are going into Checkit are missing the point

So 30p a share? More if Checkit and the rest has some worth

Tilly yes. 380k that I bought in chunks from 5-7p

I take a view that on its own Bulgin could be on 10-12 times earnings. So if you take listing costs of what £500k? off your 6m then it could be worth £55m+.

What would it cost to close Checkit and the rest if it had no value? £1-2m?

Readers can dial 101 request to be put through to Merseyside police and confirm crime number 0517207555

I suggest you do yourself if you doubt there isn't an ongoing investigation.

News will be forthcoming in the not too distant future.

ST

So let's get this right:
The directors are wrong
The company is wrong
Their barristers are wrong
Their solicitors are wrong
Your solicitor is wrong
Your barrister is wrong
Countless judges that were real QCs were wrong

You've been declared bankrupt as a result of all the above wrongdoing

But you're right? Ah, I get it now.

This ring any bells?

CTBulgin is worth 40m gbp all day longSo that in itself gives me a 22p price target ..and that will be me outta here Yes if Checkit gains traction then these will have further to climb but mgmnt here have never added value in 15 years and with good opportunity cost(I've had some nice 200 to 500 pct risers) I will be happy to depart from the Elektron shipI'm pleased D and A have made fortunes here as I recommended they buy in at 5p

Hi CT

Things moving on at a good pace now on a number of fronts as far as fraudulent conduct is concerned.

Am hopeful now there is a joint investigation ongoing of a positive outcome for all shareholders who have lost out as a consequence of all the wrongdoing.

Its now a multi pronged action going forward!

The one problem in trying to value EKT is that all the profit went at CHUCKIT.

Bulgin maybe making a shed load but CHUCKIT is loosing it as fast.

The share price certainly looks like it will make 20p.

Sold just about all mine so hardly stake left but at least they went into my ISA so gain protected

Your post has been copied.

The police crime number is Merseyside 0517207555

I would suggest you call them.

In the meantime I wont tolerate anyone abusing me on a bulletin board.

edit:

Daley had to remove a number of posts from his twitter site for a similar crime. Your identity can be revealed through a court order.

edit:

The police crime number is dealing with fraudulent conduct and an investigation ongoing.

Had Daley not wasted shareholders money on his reckless acquisition spree Bulgin would have been making the present profitability years ago.

With litigation continuing and a joint investigation by both the police and FCA past and present shareholders can be assured Daley and Wilson will not benefit by their fraudulent conduct.

There was no need for a placing at 5 pence the company had evidence to seek damages off the directors.
