06/10/2017 17:10 | News Blackout. Not a soul knows the precise details of what action is actually going on at the moment but there must be an awful lot of worried people out there both directors solicitors and barristers. edit: | simon templar qc
02/10/2017 18:34 | Doesn't look like it from the prints | tilly99
02/10/2017 17:53 | Maybe they went to a couple of buyers under 3% ? | blackss
02/10/2017 17:33 | 8m sold by perloffWhy hasn't the buyer announced? | tilly99
27/9/2017 20:57 | EgThink there are exemptions If domiciled in Europe there anyone 5pct increments Not sure the actual rules but many a time I see institutions not declaring I'm expecting an RNS tmrw ..lets see | tilly99
27/9/2017 20:41 | Thanks fellas | eg2mrb
27/9/2017 20:34 | beat me to it ST | blackss
27/9/2017 20:33 | Declaration at 3% and again on 1% increments after that. | blackss
27/9/2017 20:32 | eg yes 3% but anyone over 3% has to declare at any full percent rise to next level. | simon templar qc
27/9/2017 19:36 | I have no doubt that with decent leadership we would've traffic as high as 75 and maybe 100pMgmnt lost 10s of millions on hartest, redundancies | tilly99
27/9/2017 19:31 | Thanks ST. Out of interest what is the threshold? Is it 3%? | eg2mrb
27/9/2017 19:30 | They may or may not have to declare dependant on size. Panther had 4.92%. If one buyer took the lot they would have to report if Ruff was to buy more they may have to report. But if 3 funds were to buy at equal amounts they don't have to report. | simon templar qc
27/9/2017 19:27 | Tilly I honestly don't know is the real answer. There is obviously more going on here than meets the Eye with Panther bailing out and Ruf apparently buying in. TBH while i admit Bulgin is doing well albeit from a totally appallingly low price anyway i can't on the face of it see anything in the results that has pushed this up 100% . I do understand you stance that Checkit can be dumped at any time but the reality as far as the share price is concerned is it never will be dumped. Its more likely to be developed at the expense of Bulgin then hived off to some sort of private company just before it actually makes some money....lol The bottom line is that the management is like a pair of concrete wellies to this company and if it does reach 25p most will think it could have been 75p with good leadership. | blackss
27/9/2017 19:15 | Thanks Tilly. Presumably they will have to announce with the size of the purchase? Blackss or spec seem to think their opinion carries such weight it can sway PIs. Lol :-; | eg2mrb
27/9/2017 19:07 | No news eg but I can guess one of the buyers ..can't mention on here Think there's 3 buyers around all at different levels ..that's my gut feel | tilly99
27/9/2017 19:06 | Don't think your opinion will move the share priceIf they close Checkit today or it gets 3m recurring revs Then can't you see upside here or do you think this year is peak for Bulgin in the cycleMoving from Torquay has to be good news surely?!No will check out fcr thread ..I've been tied up on other stuff (like buying my wife a new car!!) | tilly99
27/9/2017 18:53 | Tilly Any news on who has bought out this holding? | eg2mrb
27/9/2017 18:48 | Tilly I don't have an opinion because i want you to get the best you can from this. Off topic did you see the post about info wanted on JT on FCR ? | blackss
27/9/2017 18:26 | Agree that daley lost the support of bridge slater downing Henderson perloff all private investors cavendish He won't care as long as he can manipulate profits both up and down ..he is fully loaded so that's why he is promoting this company full steam and if he can get us to 30p he won't care that he hasn't a friend in the world He wants to be the richest guy on the planet with the least amount of friends..ruthless!!I would back perloff judgement as he is so shrewd but I'm sticking with my 25p target as I believe Bulgin will make near enough 7m operating profit The stmnt basically told us the order book is bulgin(g) !!!Blackss..u think fully valued here? | tilly99
27/9/2017 18:00 | Foxy, yes but more on the litigation front. | simon templar qc
27/9/2017 17:58 | I agree, there will be new investors however but they have little history of what he has been up to. What they will think later on is another matter! | simon templar qc
27/9/2017 17:57 | Have I missed something here? Looks like they have had a good run from 6p to 17p. You still involved with this lot ST | 1fox1
27/9/2017 17:57 | Support?Perloff would've sold cos of opportunity cost and he feels maybe that ekt up with events I'm sure he still loves daley | tilly99
27/9/2017 17:48 | Its the first sign of the support for Daley crumbling and not a moment too soon.. | blackss
27/9/2017 17:30 | Not so sure about Perloff being clever at all, no one knows what I know Tilly! | simon templar qc |
