News Blackout.

Not a soul knows the precise details of what action is actually going on at the moment but there must be an awful lot of worried people out there both directors solicitors and barristers.

EgThink there are exemptions If domiciled in Europe there anyone 5pct increments Not sure the actual rules but many a time I see institutions not declaring I'm expecting an RNS tmrw ..lets see

Declaration at 3% and again on 1% increments after that.

eg yes 3% but anyone over 3% has to declare at any full percent rise to next level.

I have no doubt that with decent leadership we would've traffic as high as 75 and maybe 100pMgmnt lost 10s of millions on hartest,redundancies,awful move out of China and to Torquay,awful Jsop,underinvestment in total carbide and other subsidiaries ...selling versarien at all time historical low..giving away the copper product for nothing..the list is endlessHenderson Slaters downing bridge perloff all invested cos they saw the potential in Bulgin but never ever dreamed that this mgmnt would destroy shareholder value like they have done It's all about exiting as best as possible Even if we spend another two years of profits on Checkit I still think Bulgin will be worth 25p on its own So I'm gonna hold out Yes perloff selling out is a factor as he mostly buys low and sells high

They may or may not have to declare dependant on size.

Panther had 4.92%.

If one buyer took the lot they would have to report if Ruff was to buy more they may have to report.

But if 3 funds were to buy at equal amounts they don't have to report.

I honestly don't know is the real answer.
There is obviously more going on here than meets the Eye with Panther bailing out and Ruf apparently buying in. TBH while i admit Bulgin is doing well albeit from a totally appallingly low price anyway i can't on the face of it see anything in the results that has pushed this up 100% .
I do understand you stance that Checkit can be dumped at any time but the reality as far as the share price is concerned is it never will be dumped. Its more likely to be developed at the expense of Bulgin then hived off to some sort of private company just before it actually makes some money....lol
The bottom line is that the management is like a pair of concrete wellies to this company and if it does reach 25p most will think it could have been 75p with good leadership.

Blackss or spec seem to think their opinion carries such weight it can sway PIs.

Agree that daley lost the support of bridge slater downing Henderson perloff all private investors cavendish He won't care as long as he can manipulate profits both up and down ..he is fully loaded so that's why he is promoting this company full steam and if he can get us to 30p he won't care that he hasn't a friend in the world He wants to be the richest guy on the planet with the least amount of friends..ruthless!!I would back perloff judgement as he is so shrewd but I'm sticking with my 25p target as I believe Bulgin will make near enough 7m operating profit The stmnt basically told us the order book is bulgin(g) !!!Blackss..u think fully valued here?
