Dummy trades this morning confirmed online prices to be 84.0/85.7p. All the trades today were marked at 84.0p (totalling c.25k) but again, as on Tuesday, the share price held steady ..... confusing.

According to Stockopedia 12month forward estimate eps is 5.3, so do-able but not can't fail like some options. Priced at present price I like too, not free or 1p so aligned with attracting new shareholders in that the increase in price is what counts.
All round seems a well thought out LTIP,not just free shares for a director.
