Well is seems that both Align and ShareProphets think the NAV of this company is well overstated. The market also seems to think the NAV is well overstated. Almost to a position where the statement made by the company regarding 'conservative' valuation of assets are basically fraudulent.

If this is all the case, then the one thing I cannot yet get my head round about is why between them Zaf and Monson fairly recently purchased shares for a total GBP value of
£ 170K, and at a price that is double today's share price?

Maybe someone can offer a logical reason for these purchases?

YOU are never more than six feet away from a bloke called Dave, researchers have discovered.

The Institute for Studies found that that every single person in the UK knows at least seven Daves at any given time and the Daves are now spread evenly across the entire country.

Professor Henry Brubaker said: “Traditionally, Daves were largely confined to pubs, speedway arenas, snooker halls or at the ‘footy’ with the ‘Garys’ and ‘Ians’, but in recent years they have taken over offices and the gym.

“There’s probably at least one Dave under your desk at work.
Meanwhile, always remember to check your shed and the boot of your car for Daves.

“There may even be a medium-sized Dave in your attic.”

He added: “We think Britain is now approaching peak-Dave as we have found just one Dave under the age of 10.”

Some interesting notes regarding the law:

Minority shareholders' rights vary depending on the percentage of shares/voting rights they hold in the company, as follows:
At least 5%: right to:
apply to court to prevent the conversion of a public company into a private company;
call a general meeting;
require the circulation of a written resolution to shareholders (in private companies); and
require the passing of a resolution at an annual general meeting (AGM) of a public company.
At least 10%: right to call for a poll vote on a resolution.

First and last point of relevance to Crowd for Angels and their supporters.

Wonder what the 'silent majority' think + is it strange the share price has actually increased over the last week or so? None of the large holders appear to be scared of going private, either that or they do not believe the 75% will be obtained?
