10/5/2019 10:39 | At the moment (and recently) you can buy 3% of this company for circa £ 25K. All it would take is 10 new fresh holders to really turn this whole scenario around? | belt n braces
10/5/2019 10:37 | It was not a show of hands at the last AGM, the actual votes were counted (votes had been cast by proxy by the stockbrokers, etc). So you never know. Also if the same dudes turn up this time, then they will not get the motion through by a show of hands. So I suspect it will be the votes that count, and as this is still a PLC, Zaf does not know the majority of shareholders (who are hidden behind the nominee holder status, but allowed to vote as per recent correspondence). | belt n braces

10/5/2019 09:16 | Bidding miles over online. Not sure why the mm's are sitting at 4-6p when it's around 5.2-5.87p online unless they are trying to kill the buying to buy stock for a obvious order. | dave4545

10/5/2019 08:35 | "Align can get stuffed" - the very essence of Turkey's voting for Xmas Blackbear. I suppose u get what u deserve here. | richie666
10/5/2019 08:21 | Bright and sunny. This gal should have opened an AIM company, more money and no jail time. | maxk
10/5/2019 07:57 | It'll go through on a show of hands ! | chinese investor
09/5/2019 22:23 | Aligns offer is way off the mark, they just want the company on the cheap, if they were serious they would have gone to the company direct and they would of laughed their heads off. The 75% threshold is a done deal Zaf knows that, even if it falls short they'll massage the numbers to fit, after all they are the ones who publish the RNSs. I was hoping for a serious intervention or even VS getting involved but time is now tight, Zaf will bury the company along with all his dodgy dealings, he didn't want anyone else getting their hands on his only half successful investment - his VS golden goose! I'd love to be proved wrong LTH. | gbenson1

09/5/2019 13:20 | richie666, If you know of any 8PG shareholders please could you let me know who they are. I will add them to my list (if they want to remain anonymous there will be no problem). Are you Gill or Jennings ? | chinese investor

09/5/2019 12:26 | OK, that is interesting. Initial thought is to wait and see what happens with the general meeting, hopefully the resolutions will not be passed. | belt n braces
