There are 18 million shares with a mid price of 2p.
Cap is therefore £360,000.

8PG estimated their assets were worth over £6,000,000 at the end of last year.
They raised £780,000 in December 2018.
Madness !

You have big problems if your broker does not recognise "Asset Match".

You are completely snookered if your holding is in a SIPP or ISA (you can't have an ISA with more than one broker in any one year).
If the holding is in neither then you need to transfer your holding to "The Share Centre" !

There should be a mechanism whereby shareholders with small 8PG holdings (i.e. 5,000 or less) can transfer their shares to charity.
I estimate there are around 500 8PG shareholders and approximately 350 have holdings of 5,000 or less.

Eight Peaks Group PLC was admitted to trading on Asset Match on 31 May 2019 at a price of 2 pence per share.

Auctions are held in the months of June, July and August and close at 4pm on the last Wednesday of each month (unless stated otherwise).
Following this auctions will revert to a quarterly calendar.

Participants can send orders via their existing broker or directly to The Share Centre.
It won't be cheap !

Regarding the recent cheap share price, in my view this was always going to happen once the delist notification came out. Apart from holders wishing to get out and not be holders in a private company, the same would apply to any holders who had their holdings via pension pots or isas, I think they would have had to sell as rules do not permit holding a private company.

Hi Gotto

In Germany today and have internet connection today.

The thread will still be here, and I will still look in from time to time. We can also private message as well.

It is my intention sometime after we go private, to arrange a meeting with Zaf to try and get some insight as to what is going on. Hopefully Zaf will be up for such a meeting, but I will try.

So possibly going private will not be the end of the story.

In any case we can keep in touch, same applies to any other genuine holders still here.
