12/9/2015 19:45 | EDL is anticipating an Offtake Agreement? This could climb up to 0.10 - 0.15 prior to news. I haven't researched this one enough to know risk/reward.TMK | tees maar khan
12/9/2015 17:25 | I'm still waiting on the sidelines here. Not bought in yet.A bit skeptical after my RRR punt went awfully wrong eek!TMK | tees maar khan
12/9/2015 11:14 | SausageYou know as well as I do that there will be no change in the governing party resulting from the 'elections'If that is the concerning external factor then this BOD are out of touch with reality. | royalgv
11/9/2015 11:43 | Royal GV, Just goes to show how little research you have actually done when you state "On a separate matter, note how ADVFN news service focuses on the delay paragraph in the RNS. I suspect that there are no known external factors at this stage (except possibly the China economy which affects virtually everyone) and it is only mentioned by Rufus because he is petrified of missing yet another deadline without good reason." On the 25th October, so during Q4, Tanzania has an election whereby the current government may not be in power on the 26th October. With that comes a change in personnel and a possible change in direction on aspects such as the energy policy. So yes, external factors may cause delay, but then you'd know that if you did some research. | sausageonastick
11/9/2015 11:32 | feasible you keep getting your decimal point in the wrong place!!! You state "SausageonaStick this was reported to you on the LSE board! You never said you would be happy with anything below .1 you are quite obviously a RAMPER!" The current price is 0.055, so to say 0.1, do you mean 0.01p or do you truely mean 0.1p, which is 1.8 times higher than today. You said in your previous post 0.76p "Afraid it won't rise above .76 and lucky to get .71" 0.76p is over 13 times todays price, which is why I said I'd be happy with 0.076p, because I do think you have the decimal point in the wrong place, or you may feel that Edenville will not rise ove 0.76p, but if itever got near that I'm sure many of the people buying in now at 0.055p will be gone on a 13 bagger!!! Think about what you write, and get the decimal point in the right place. Please. | sausageonastick
11/9/2015 08:13 | And the con goes on and on. Looks like The share price is heading back to its all time low 0.04. It would be interesting to know how much the directors have been paid in the past five years to supposedly run this circus. Must be many many millions. Take, take, take, but never give anything back, like something as silly as a profit, lol. In any other walk of live you'd get locked up. | jacksonpollack
10/9/2015 23:41 | how does one go about getting a gig like this? get paid shed loads, deliver nothing. | skez13
09/9/2015 13:13 | You've got to laugh. On the LSE site, as soon as Kibo rises all the rampers on the Edl site say maybe Edl and Kibo will join forces. No they won't, Kibo has more sense then to allow the clowns running Edl to mess things up for them. | jacksonpollack
09/9/2015 10:37 | Guys, see RNS earlier today in WRES - CEO target 3p!! (see webcast link below) per RNS today, Mr Scott is still building stake and it wont stop here. as someone mentioned in LSE, he wants to be appointed at non-exec director and if so, he will continue building till at least 10% holding. with all his stake building we can easily be 1p - 2p even without news. regardless, good to have someone continuously stake building which means they know the huge potential upside here. for WRES, from july RNS - HUGE mining licence expected in Sept "Environmental approval was granted earlier than anticipated, by the Environmental Department of the regional authority of the Junta de Extremadura, and this enables the Mining Department to proceed to issue the development approval for the FTM, which is now expected in September 2015." so, everyday we are closer to the news. remember, CEO mentioned its worth 3p at least (see presentatioon below) and now only 0.45p. also already in discussion for JV partner. | neilcrom
09/9/2015 10:13 | Kibo only made a profit last year so their directors were even worse that EDL's. Kibo loss of £14m compared to EDL £2m loss in 2013. I would stop posting rubbish that you cannot substantiate! And I'll bet you have no idea of how many AIM companies ever make a profit. That is why PI's are here gambling. | 12bn12bn
08/9/2015 09:59 | Agreed, Rufus just has no confidence about him, he sounds very indecisive and a ditherer. Any major wanting to get into bed with EDL will read him as a sign of weakness. He has to go. | jacksonpollack
08/9/2015 09:44 | I agree they won't be funding the project. It is the working cap that is the problem. They pretty much have to issue at least 500,000,000 shares every time they need cash. | royalgv
08/9/2015 09:29 | No worries..Banks are funding the project with the EPC contractor. There is no way Edenville would fund it, hence no major requirement to raise huge sums. The value will come when the project gets signed off. Funding is key and will happen after the bank has done it's due diligence. For them to do that you need a mining licence, the coal resource, the costing for the power station and the tarrifs for the end consumer. As long as the numbers add up everybody makes a profit..EDL..EPC's.. | whoppy
08/9/2015 09:26 | Whoppy - apologies for misspelling your name - damn spell check...l | royalgv
08/9/2015 09:25 | On a separate matter, note how ADVFN news service focuses on the delay paragraph in the RNS. I suspect that there are no known external factors at this stage (except possibly the China economy which affects virtually everyone) and it is only mentioned by Rufus because he is petrified of missing yet another deadline without good reason. That comment more than any other in the RNS is what has caused the share price reaction this morning,He has got to go. This is a massive transaction and the company needs someone exuding confidence to pull it off. Not someone who is encumbered by the failings of the past.About time that a deal maker took the helm. | royalgv
08/9/2015 09:19 | Whopping, that would be true if you believed there is no further dilution to come. I think that unlikely. It is getting to the point where we are giving up material stakes in the company just to fund working capital, and that is directly as a result of the share price. | royalgv
08/9/2015 09:18 | Lol. The share price is irrelevant, lol. Classic. The share price is the only thing that any investor, big or small, is interested in. I think you need to get out of this game, and it is a game, as soon as possible. | jacksonpollack
08/9/2015 09:10 | The share price is irrelevant. | whoppy
08/9/2015 08:47 | They'll be more material to come I'm sure! Wait for the "we have bounced off 0.04p - next stop 0.1p..." | royalgv
08/9/2015 08:40 | royalGV, lol. Spot on, mate. | jacksonpollack
08/9/2015 08:36 | Don't be silly, just relax and keep calm. A timeline has been given for funding, associated partners, and the Tanz authorities, to sign a deal. It's all coming together nicely. The share price is irrelevant. | whoppy
08/9/2015 08:26 | And as if by magic, the clowns appear over on LSE with their only calling card, "time to top up," "a good time to top up," lol. No, the share is crashing as their is no market interest or confidence in it or the BOD. | jacksonpollack |
