The end of September is 6 weeks today!! By then we will know the expanded coal resource and have the mining licence in the back pocket

Things are certainly perking up

MM's are playing around with the price and making a crazy spread to make people nervous and keep people on the sidelines. That can't stop the fact that the expanded coal resource will come out this week or next (the last day of the money is a bank holiday). Once Edenville announce they have enough coal to power a coal fired power station for 30 years and still have enough left over to start mining in Q1 2016 and sell to the local economy for a revenue stream, the buyers will appear.

The mining licence is a no brainer for me, the Tanzanian government need people to mine the coal and burn it to generate electricity then they get money from $4bn Obama Powering Electricity fund.

Derano1. Explain the big trades, lol. Yes, someone either sold a large amount or bought a large amount. Very simple. warants from last placing being sold so company who had the warrants not very confident about EDL at all otherwise why sell them

Well this give EDL a rough idea of value from its coal, and don’t forget EDL have nearly twice as much.

Annual estimated coal sale revenues of between US$48.4million and US$48.6million;

All-in cost margin ranges from 49% to 62%. Applying the aforementioned all-in cost margin, Kibo interprets that an annual profit margin of between US$24 million to $27 million will be generated;

- Applying a real discount rate of 5.5% the best estimated Net Present Value ranges from US$211million to US$244million.

However, it would appear that with the latest higher support for the stock over the course of July / August above 0.04p versus just below this level over December through April, we have the right structure in place to go looking for a lasting base here. This idea is backed up by the way it is possible to draw a rising trend channel with its floor going through the latest support from as long ago as February 2014, with the trend line in question running at 0.05p.But it is likely to be the 200 day moving average now at 0.06p which is in focus over the near term in terms of being the pivotal support level. This would be ahead of the prospect of progress within the rising 2014 price channel, with its implied upside target as high as 0.14p over the next 2-3 months. What helps the idea that one should go long of this situation sooner rather than later is the way that there has been a bounce for the RSI now at 57 off the neutral 50 level, and a MACD buy cross signal. All of this goes to suggest that as soon as the stock clears the 50 day moving average fractionally above where the shares are now, we should be treated to a decent new bull run.
