With approval of Ecovelux, powdery /downey mildew, announcement of insecticide partner and improved sales in USA all very likely in the 2nd half of this year, I think your predictions of a prepack, like all your posts are garbage NPOV.

Interesting RNS today with the appointment of the Global Commercial Lead.

In Eden's RNS dated 28th July 2023, they said funds would be used for, among other things, the appointment of a US based team. Given how significant the US is to Eden's business, it is interesting to me that they have gone global before US.

Might this be indicative of the pending insecticide deal, to be announced?!

This is a Syngenta fella dropped in to Eden to ensure the careful and competent delivery of the Eden / Syngenta portfolio which will dwarf all other deals to date imo. The Syngenta umbilical cord will remain intact ..I have no doubt.

This is equivalent to Syngenta insisting on a seat on the board as part of a deal imo..it's a very good move for Eden.

smith understand that more employees, new office chairs and partnership agreements do not, by themselves, produce sales. Unfortunately, he hasn’t the first idea how to generate revenue, nor, it would seem, the intention to do so. A truly miserable, dysfunctional, outfit.

My Guess is the Syngenta relationship began before the Corteva Ecovelex deal was made and the announcement when it comes will be transformative for Eden which is in part why the IR efforts and the commercial team are being enhanced.
