28/9/2022 12:45 | supersonico 28 Sep '22 - 08:55 - 13146 > Lube quietly drop the 0p predictions as they ponder Eden's imminent 'Industry consolidation' strategy. You insolent assh*le, both ravenna and I have just TODAY repeated, restated, reaffirmed and reiterated our verdict as to where this fleabitten dog's share price is headed... ZERO PENCE. | neutralpov
28/9/2022 12:39 | Timbo_Slice 28 Sep '22 - 06:52 - 13142 > Lol... so now there are investors in EDEN? Nope, only ""investors"". And in the case of the BoDs, it's strictly a matter of keeping up appearances. REITERATED TARGET SHARE PRICE ZERO PENCE (0.0000000000000p) | neutralpov
28/9/2022 12:21 | I think you said that KMPG resigned unless funds were raised - that isn't the case its supposition. If you want a steady investment that pays a dividend do not invest in EDEN....Its very risky. | timbo_slice
28/9/2022 11:44 | Timbo, you are exceedingly naive if you think that people give the real reason for resignation. It is all optics these days. Perhaps KPMG need to spend more time with their family?Surely the blame for the accounts must lie with the CFO and the board, after all the auditor relies on statements from the Directors. In any case I'll stick with my original scenario, that the cap raising will be exceedingly rocky and if it fails it is straight into prepackaged administration. A new auditor would certainly help there. | ravenna23
28/9/2022 10:35 | An auditor must give a reason when they resign. Its a matter of record. Personally I hold the accountant and the auditor responsible for the misrecognition of income. | timbo_slice
28/9/2022 09:30 | Could just be that KPMG have indicated that they would qualify the next accounts unless sufficient new capital is raised to enable the auditor statement of company as a going concern.A new auditor means plausible deniability, they can argue they 'didn't know' as had only been in the job for a few months. No I cannot think of another company that changed auditor just before a fund raising. Bit of a red flag? Certainly questionable given the recent FRC findings. | ravenna23
28/9/2022 09:21 | Hi Rav, I thought you'd be happy there was a new Auditor... someone who might actually understand the rules regarding income recognition.... Could you please also point me in the direction of any company that changed auditor prior to a fund raise? Thanks | timbo_slice
28/9/2022 09:12 | I suspect PKF are more amenable to the CFO views regarding creative accounting, especially future revenue, and intangibles such as goodwill and brand valuation. Looks like they will be going full Trump with the next accounts. | ravenna23
28/9/2022 09:08 | Appointment of new auditor, never a good sign when a fund raising is due. | ravenna23
28/9/2022 08:55 | With the precision and persuasiveness of Swiss Toni ..Lube quietly drop the 0p predictions as they ponder Eden's imminent 'Industry consolidation' strategy. | supersonico
28/9/2022 08:43 | Ah yes the classic diversionary tactic when a company is struggling, acquisition. Trouble with that strategy is while it works in a bull market, in a bear market you actually need to be making money to raise funds. Eden are a long way off that as they run out of cash 2023. 0p soon enough. | ravenna23

28/9/2022 06:53 | Great analysis too.... someone selling £5k of shares can't be a PI..... Mango | timbo_slice
28/9/2022 06:52 | Lol... so now there are investors in EDEN? | timbo_slice
27/9/2022 21:16 | "will be"..... ROTFLMAO. I see from the sequence of trades today that the larger ""investors"" (though probably not the larger PIs, who are evidently cuckoo) are using this bounce to divest. | neutralpov
27/9/2022 20:55 | I've been working in wine retail for a while and California is one of our main wine suppliers. Fruits, vegetables, grapes... the US will be a huge market for Eden. | sortudo7
27/9/2022 20:09 | supersonico. For the n'th time, this PoS corp has ZERO penetration in the "lube" market. (Just like it has zero penetration in every other market). "Approvals" won't pay the bills.... You are truly stupider even than the run-off spadeychops and the w.i.p. Timbo_Slice. | neutralpov
