Northwick

I suggested in post 7296 that we have an initial guess by end of Jan. and that this guess could be revised at the end of June to allow for any news up till then.
"Ask me in a few weeks & I will hazard a guess". So, have a punt now and revise it at the end of June if you wish.
Otherwise, we can't just keep delaying our guess or somebody might delay his guess till 4:29 pm on 31st December.

Wish there was some certainty to hang my hat on as outside events can derail Eden's prospects.Ask me in a few weeks & I will hazard a guess. But for now, time to sit tight.

I'd go much higher than that Northwick but it really depends on what we see news wise.
We could see for example in the next year this lot below but equally we may not see all of it for 2-3 years.

Great Cedroz promo and rapid approval progress.
The other regions announced in the Corteva/Sumitomo Seed Treatment licencing process.
TT could announce who their partnered with likely a global player and how the other TT/Eden partnership products will benefit from deals.
CAP and TT formulation outcome tweak could open doors that up until now were pipeline blockages. Or we may see new CAP details..
We may see Mars or SC Johnson announcement or the like come in from left field.
Global Insecticide announcement.
Glyphoste phase out related news
We may even find the Molluscicide anything's possible.

Gm,I think the share price could be north of 20p by end of September if Eden not only gets American approvals for both Cedroz and Mevalone but also Corteva signs on the dotted line.

I bet they'll be impressed by the unexplained Cedroz impediment pauses in the conversation.

In view of the current enthusiasm just to remind everyone that this company has not moved upwards for many years- From my database when it first came to my attention
"Jan 09 Eden Research, the ‘green’ agritech company, has just announced that its licensing agreement with Cheminova has been extended to 17 countries. This is good news. The new countries include most New-World wine producers, and very large economies such as India. This further supports Eden’s revenue potential once its leading anti-botrytis product gets regulatory approval, which remains imminent.
Eden is one of the larger companies on PLUS. It has a market cap of £25m"

So market cap today is £16.3M - Cash burner- after many years of cash infusions still well belwo the level of 11 years ago -

Looks as though UK agri-development companies may have interesting science but unable to gain commercial traction to name but two listed ones - Plant Impact (sold for peanuts) - Plant Health care - struggling - announcing patent grants but down some 97% from the peak. Same picture with unlisted eg: Arpolith etc.

Investing,
Article from Dec 2017 (specsavers;)and posting as it possibly supports my timeline theory that the Eden/Corteva deal started in a Dow related company. Also of note is the Valent (Valent Bioscience) reference.

See my post 5395 for further Valent related links or jigsaw pieces as I like to think of them. One of which I post below;

Sumitomo/ Valent Bioscience Partnerships.

Evolva Japan

Evolva (SIX: EVE) and Valent BioSciences Corporation (VBC), a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Sumitomo Chemical Company, have signed an exclusive agreement to co-develop and commercialise a class of high-value active ingredients for use as next-generation agricultural bioactives. For competitive reasons, the ingredients are not being identified at this time.

Bioactives are being used increasingly around the globe because they help growers improve crop yields without any negative effects to either human health or the environment. They are used in both organic and conventional agriculture and horticulture. Along with crop rotation and integrated pest management strategies, bioactives play an important role in sustainable farming.

The collaboration will start by developing yeast strains that make the desired ingredients. Evolva has the primary responsibility for this phase while VBC will be responsible for commercialisation. The companies will work together on scale-up and manufacturing. The first products from the collaboration are expected to be launched in 4-5 years.

Total spending on the project during the next five years is estimated at CHF 12-14 million. Evolva and VBC have agreed to split equally both the R&D costs and profits from active ingredient sales.
“Our fermentation platform is uniquely well-suited to produce a wide range of high-value, cost-effective, and sustainable ingredients, said Neil Goldsmith, CEO of Evolva. “We are delighted to be partnering with VBC to leverage this platform to develop and commercialise next-generation agricultural bioactives.
“This collaboration aligns well with VBC’s growth strategy in the area of bioactives,â€ said Ted Melnik, Executive Vice President and COO of Valent BioSciences Corporation. “Our combined expertise and history of innovation provides a solid foundation for this agreement.â€5533;
