Eden has been promising Jam tomorrow for 25 years and is still promising jam tomorrow, it really does not matter what name they give the jam.

When's the placing?

More Unbelievable is we now have two or three Fraudys that can't say or discuss Cedroz.

A product being promoted by Eastman a $10bn company in 2020. That's roughly 20 times bigger than Sipcam

What are the chances of that? and what do you call that apart from silly ?

Financial PR in Eden is irrelevant as their result show. I didn't position it as a positive at all.

I could have named Alan Sugar, Branson and many others. What I was trying to illustrate was that these type of people shout from the rooftops that which they have. They tell you how good it is and why. Who will benefit, how it will change the world and why it is good for you.

Look at sorry little Eden. So much in their favour and yet they feel obligated to keep a lid on it. Their product, their tech, their IP and yet in a modern tech driven world which is anti single use plastics, anti pesticides, increasingly organic and Eden self declares they are only one of a few companies in this sphere with regulatory approval and commercial sales and also with a big dollop of positive wind behind them, they cannot convince an investor audience to part with a quid or two.

Instead, they bang a closed institutional door when I suspect they keep getting the same reasoning year after year. It's madness. I know private investors who have bought more people into the stock than Eden Executives outside of a placing.

Lets be Positive..

They told us today about Corteva and possibly Wheat

'This represents Eden's first collaborative development efforts in the area of seed treatments as well as the first disclosed collaboration with a global leader in agricultural inputs'.

they have said previously about the trials which if these are related leaves Soy bean and Cotton regions and partners tbc.

Eden Preliminary results;

'In the coming year, we will continue our work with our partners to register existing products in new, important territories, as well as to evaluate new products on expanding disease and crop targets. Furthermore, we are accelerating our collaborative work to fully demonstrate the value of our encapsulation technology in the conventional pesticide industry thereby unlocking numerous high value opportunities in both existing and, critically, new crop targets such as wheat, soybean and cotton'.

During the year we executed a number of agreements with Italian-head quartered, multi-national, Sipcam SpA. These agreements are important for the Company's future growth and significantly strengthen the Company's financial position through a strategic investment. This strategic partnership provides us with access to new markets, increases the partner-level evaluation and development of new products, and accelerates the development of our microencapsulation system, Sustaine, for use in conventional pesticide formulation improvements.

Sorry, investing. You lost me with Trump.

Cut a few taxes, and get called a genius on the economy, while wacking up debt... look the other way on climate change....invite crooks to your top table, because you probably are one.. and dispense with truth and socialised healthcare. I haven't started his disastrous foreign policy.

Maybe we should have Donald Trump as our CEO; at least he would tell shareholders why Eden is good to invest in.

Look at the DJIA chart since he became President. Success, success, success. People believe in him and trust him to deliver. Look at the growth in their retirement plans (401k's)

In fact as I type this, who does he stand up for? The American people, ordinary people (private investors in our language) and who does he go after; the institutions, the politicians, all those that are the 'do nothings' and blockers. Sounds like a similar story.

And finally, you always know what he stands for, right or wrong. He's 73 and totally grasped the power of social media for his audience, talking directly to them.

The world's moved on, companies need to take control of their own narrative and create the same. A clear and direct message to those who want to listen and who will be affected by your message.

This sentence had Bayer in it earlier. Good to see it's been corrected now:)

'Its existing partnerships with industry big hitters such as Eastman, Sipcam Oxon and SumiAgro have opened the doors to deals in Mexico, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland and the Benelux countries'.

I'd have to disagree with selling the Company is the only route to value, but if someone wanted to bid for the Company, seeing an opportunity, that would be most welcome to put everyone out of their misery.

Eastman and Cedroz is an imminent route to profit and optimism. I'd like Eden to share what volume of Cedroz they have just sold into Eastman for Mexico. I think that is quite important to know, don't you? Mexico is a big country and the opportunity in that country for Cedroz will likely be very big.

Eden needs to pull investor triggers, the ones that make you want to invest and they continually fail to do so, choose not to do so or don't know how to do so.

With Eden's profile of Microplastic free, controlled release, organic and free of Maximum Residue Levels and Eden's statement of "Globally, Eden is one of the few biocontrol companies with proven products and regulatory authorisation" their profile is good for someone to take an interest in to consider a bid, if they feel they can exploit Eden's products, technology and IP quicker than is being done now.

With their other quote of being "Eden is the only UK listed company focused on biopesticides for sustainable agriculture" it is a wonder how Eden's profile is so very low in the UK and in investment circles, it's almost as if it is of no consequence. PR Companies on the books of AIM companies are useless and a waste of shareholders funds. Companies need to grasp the nettle and take control of their own communication outputs. The platform is there and if Eden says it doesn't have time, then very clearly, their shareholders and their share price says they should make time and stop some other activities momentarily to deliver clear understanding and proper share price value.

Who in all honesty is here because they think Mevalone is going to move the dial?

Come on Fellas, we've had all the wrong weather and Formulation issues.

Who said the Formulation issues were limited to just CAP and TT?

As the youngsters say..Do the Math.

Eden is a lost cause. For nearly a quarter of a century it has repeatedly failed to deliver - either decent sales or on its annual assurance that gold is just round the corner. Unless they can realise the inherent value of Eden’s IP - eg by selling the company - there is scant cause for optimism.

The Board of directors fails to deliver the right message to the right audience and deliver value.

Our PR companies get nowhere, but they are probably constrained by Eden budget and are only doing financial PR. I can't recall when I last saw Eden in the financial press with a good story about the credentials of this UK company.

Our brokers fail to deliver and inspire investment into Eden which is somewhat understandable given our low market cap and illiquidity. It is a wasted pursuit whilst we are where we are and it has been for years.

The private investor will be the boards saviour if they ever put any effort into recognising them, addressing them and clearly spelling out specific market sizes, opportunities and value to be had.

In my opinion, failing that, we are just another hamster on the wheel.

I very much agree with what you say in post 7325 but as the years have rolled on and on and on.............I for one am getting sick and tired of Eden's potential not being transmitted into a meaningful share price I just cannot see the share price rising significantly until there are big sales and profits on the bottom line or somebody makes a bid which I surmise might be on the cards if Eden looks like being a success.

I've entered Cenkos into the competition with their 12p end of 2020 guesstimate.

It is the BOD that has to understand that Sales are the only way the company can survive. Not in future years ,not in the medium term.IT IS TIME THAT EVERY member of it got on the road and made Eden known and visible.A lot of real work is needed in the 6 months just selling.

Despite the disappointing results/share price, I think 2020 will be a promising year ( cedroz/US clearance anytime soon, new territories/label extensions, the huge/trendy/organic market opening up... The share price seems a bargain with all the prospects. Time to top up portfolio?

Yes, I think my 35p YE is almost as unlikely as JAK's 2p. I just didn't want to budge, to allow him room to manoeuvre upwards...
