16/4/2020 05:46 | 'highly relevant' 'Mike’s responsibilities included the global launch of herbicides and fungicides, experience which will be highly relevant as Eden executes on plans to expand its product offering' | supersonico
15/4/2020 09:35 | Ok thanks.. Removed | supersonico

15/4/2020 07:33 | The key takeaway and pointer to future announcements here is the UPL connection imo.. in a similar way that Lykele is a linkman for Bayer AWGATWT. ……&hel Appointment of Director of Regulatory Affairs | supersonico
14/4/2020 18:22 | Remember the DowDuPont employees now at Corteva all have now been transported over night to a brave new sparkly world where they can throw down their Tuba's and Timpani's to the ground while marching forward into a clean euphoric sunset where all the birds and insects come magically back to life as if 50 years of knowingly poisoning the planet never happened.. .. Triangle in hand. And they all lived happily ever after. | supersonico
14/4/2020 17:58 | Chrischas and super, We'll see, but I feel very bullish about Eden right now | investingisatrickygame
14/4/2020 17:42 | IF a producer ,right now ,changes to an unknown, but promised alternative when a lot of their traditional income has gone up in smoke, or cut in half they are indeed brave or foolish. Most producers will stick with the same variables they KNOW, to try and weather this next year. | chrischas
14/4/2020 12:06 | Posted by sain@vision on the LSE BB Crop protection from diseases is every bit as important as virus protection for humans. Thankfully, Eden is in the forward movement of new and sustainable crop protection. The whole agricultural industry must be looking at this dreadful Coronavirus situation and hopefully, looking at better, more sustainable, (near) chemical free, preventative ways of avoiding like circumstances in food production and supply. I would say the whole world as a result of this virus has seen the importance of food production and the whole supply chain that goes with it as exampled by panic buying here, fighting in the aisle's and the ridiculous queues to access a supermarket. The platform this has presented for Eden is immeasurable, but significant in the least. They say a vaccine for the Coronovairus could take up to 18 months and then it has to be produced in quantity and administered. We're told it takes 10 years for a new pesticide to be R & D'd, approved and produced. On a timeline basis there really is no comparison. The urgency to deliver new (near) chemical free treatments to protect food production is here, right now. Companies won't be able to wait 10 years to deliver new product. Companies will no longer want to spend $300 million to create new product. Speed to market will be the new requirement and food distributors, supermarkets and consumers will demand it. No one will tolerate being exposed to risk in food supply and we know that pesticide is now a dirty word with regulators. You would imagine that Eden only has to prove itself in one or two more markets, insecticide's being one as advised and maybe one other and also demonstrate commercially that Sustaine has multiple product delivery application and Eden will be very high on the watch lists of the major agriculutural companies as a potential bid target. Mevalone.....tick Cedroz.......tick Corteva and seeds.....Hopefully soon, a tick Insecticide.......Ho Sustaine as a delivery mechanism across mutilple products as well as an amalgam of AI's......Hopefully soon, from Sipcam and others, a tick | investingisatrickygame
13/4/2020 22:42 | Very helpful, thanks. | brucie5
13/4/2020 21:05 | Brucie, Maybe this can help answer your query. | supersonico
13/4/2020 19:38 | Super, only thing that worries me about the shift to organic is the resultant tilling that has to be done, to rid the weeds. Tilling erodes soil and releases carbon. Is this issue now being dealt with? There must be alternatives being actively explored. Can you point me to some? | brucie5
12/4/2020 19:36 | Are glyphosate and COVID-19 connected? Glyphosate, one of the most toxic chemicals in the world, may be the key to why some people get severely ill from COVID-19. An MIT senior research scientist reports: | supersonico
12/4/2020 16:36 | Why China is emerging as a leader in sustainable and organic agriculture But sustainable agriculture practices and organic food production are on the upswing in China. The total area of certified organic agriculture cultivation increased more than five-fold between 2005 and 2018, to 3.1 million hectares, according to a 2019 government report. China ranked third in certified organic area in 2017, after Australia and Argentina. Total organic sales in China ranked fourth globally, after the United States, Germany and France. Uncertified organic production is also widespread. This shift is seeding a transformation towards a more sustainable food system within China—and around the world, given the US$65 billion of agri-food commodities exported from China each year. This transformation provides lessons for the rest of world, in terms of efforts at both ends of the food supply chain to shift away from chemical-intensive agriculture towards a healthier system for people and the planet. | supersonico
11/4/2020 09:59 | All the more relevant as I contend that the EDEN parallel delays are tweaks that improve evolve and refine the original IP formulations. One aspect being improved is payload release profiles as demanded by specific industry wide commercial application criteria. ….Which is why we have Short Order Lykele...still working for Bayer imo which also may explain why he does not partake in the placings imo. AWGATWT | supersonico
11/4/2020 09:02 | Incredible read - thanks for the link super. | attyg
11/4/2020 08:27 | AttyG, I don't have the name atm but I do have a good idea that Bayer and the whole conventional pesticide industry desperately needs a decent slow release biodegradable payload molecule so they can keep playing with a straight face that twinkly euphoric music over their ..red pill blue pill.. feed the planet PR videos. …... Revealed: Monsanto predicted crop system would damage US farms But in private meetings dating back to 2009, records show agricultural experts warned that the plan to develop a dicamba-tolerant system could have catastrophic consequences. The experts told Monsanto that farmers were likely to spray old volatile versions of dicamba on the new dicamba-tolerant crops and even new versions were still likely to be volatile enough to move away from the special cotton and soybean fields on to crops growing on other farms. | supersonico
