Firstly, that has sod all to do with this corporate reject and embarrassment to the A.I.M....

Secondly, revelling in the painful death of trillions, quadrillions, quintillions of sentient beings, insects, is going to backfire so badly that these fools are going to have to adopt new IDs and go into hiding for the rest of their miserable existences. Conventional biopesticides are much more humane. Shame on these a$$holes and revenge will come.

Monica Sorribas
Vice President, Northern Europe Commercial Unit Leader at Corteva Agriscience

Gonçalo Tavares de Almeida, Corteva's EMEA Marketing Communications Leader, has been working hard to develop a showstopping stand for the upcoming Corteva-sponsored #EuroseedsCongress event. This annual assembly takes place in Malta from October 15-18.

This year, the stand will have more than ever to draw a crowd, with a recently retired scarecrow thanks to our latest seed-applied technologies solution, Ecovelex, and a fun game of 'Whac-a-mole' featuring worms that our Lumiposa® seed treatment keeps at bay! Attendees will have it all to play for this year, as there is an impressive prize for one lucky winner!

In the following European Seed article, Gonçalo shares how visitors can win a trip to see the Olympic games in France and a guided tour of our CSAT facilities.

Babysitter: how can the Directors possibly justify salaries and bonuses, over many years, which equate to over 2/3rds of gross sales. This is bleeding the company and driving further cash calls whilst progress is stalled. As to purchases, clearly the Directors cannot see 1 month ahead, let alone 12. Eden's annual reports have invariably presented the company as on the cusp of a market breakthrough. In every case, this has proved incorrect.

All directors take salaries, bonuses, warrants etc. No one would work for free.
Nowhere in their contract does it say they have to put money into the company. In fact very many directors don't!
The fact the price is down from the placing price doesn't mean anything at this stage, unless you're a trader with a short term target.
From where directors are sitting they can see 12 months ahead better than all of us here.

Babysitter: the Directors have taken emoluments - salaries, bonuses, warrants - for several years, for which it is difficult to see any justification given the company's dismal performance. The fact they used some of that money to buy shares at a price which turned out to be way above fair value - has no bearing on their excess or competence. Adding stupidity to incompetence is yet another reason why Eden will continue to sink until - as Investing comments - the price is low enough to attract a bidder. The IP has value, but not if the Directors are incapable of turning it into sales.

Investing,

Big ag is consolidating around an Authoritarian UN2030 corporate based science agenda.

During these last five years Eden has imo taken on the role of consolidator amongst the consolidated.. that's why 10 companies were consulted about the insecticide and a couple along with Eden are involved with formulation.

This is a collective approach not the customary competitive method we are used to .If you follow the posts of Igor Teslenko one can see his objectives are totally aligned with the UN2030 crowd which has wet dreams about the creeping weaponization and total consolidation of farming and the food supply.

Super,

It's in the RNS's and on the website for seed and insecticide numbers. That blows 3 x cost out of the water when it comes. With the same AI's being used for the Insecticide, US EPA approval should, in theory, come quickly.

In my opinion, Eden is less than a year away from becoming a interesting /attractive proposition to others whether Eden wants that attention or not. However, time will tell.

Directors raping the company does not sit logically with directors taking shares at 6.5p in last funding. Either/ or.

Eden's sales have remained static around the £1.2 m mark for several years. There is no sign of a strategy which might improve this. What is needed is a concerted sales drive involving direct contact with individual users and an introductory product offer which might tempt them. Relying on large agro to do this work is not the answer.

Investing,

Yes quite possibly and more likely the more RNS button pushing Smith engages with... so come on Smith let's see some announcements and plenty of transactions generated from Finger-Motion.
