Ebiquity announces that it has been notified today of the following transactions by certain of its directors in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Nick Waters, Chief Executive Officer, bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.32 per share. Following this transaction Nick Waters is interested in a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital and 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights. Richard Nichols, Non-executive Director, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of GBP0.30729 per share. Following this notification Richard Nichols is interested in a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital and 0.26% of the Company's total voting rights.

Worth keeping a close eye on. If they exploit Digital Decisions well and properly this is a multi-bagger. Its really quite a special capability in one place. No doubt volatile but I've seen other companies morph and go to multiples. This has some of the hallmarks. Cost control critical too.

Took a small few here for a quick high risk play. Ballsed up abit here though, had it on the watchlist down in the early 20's but couldn't hit the buy button when looking at the report. Trying to play the technicals now. Price is making bullish moves and 30p will be key. Clearly very bullish IF it gets through there for a potential bigger sell too early type trade. If it goes stale, will exit. Nice and simple. All imo DYOR
