EJ,That is fine. When that point comes (when the liquidity taps will be turned off), it'll be time to reassess positions. But until then, there is little to gain fighting monetary policy. It's like standing Infront of a freight train.Cash

You really think it is driven by retail investors???It's central bank policy - you will not win. Tech stocks back at all-time highs, printing presses in overdrive. Central Banks directly buying into Bonds, ETFs and Stocks.Shorts have been massacred in the US because they thought they could fight the FED. Go with the flow, try not to fight it.

oh dear, that is exactly the attitude for a crash, when retail investors think they are invincible

the rug will be pulled under your feet and it will be lethal, take your money and run NOW if you are invested in stocks like this one lol

There will be no crash - Central Banks and the printing presses will ensure that it does not happen.

Britain's biggest airline, British Airways, has refused to attend a meeting with Home Secretary Priti Patel on Thursday to discuss the UK's quarantine plans.

From 8 June the government will require all travellers to the UK to quarantine for 14 days or face a £1,000 fine.

But BA, which is under huge financial strain due to the pandemic, has called it "another blow to our industry".

Owner IAG did not give a reason for not attending and declined further comment.

However, the operator is understood to be annoyed at what it saw as a lack of consultation over the quarantine's introduction.

The BBC has asked the Home Office for comment.

EasyJet and Virgin Atlantic, as well as the owner of Heathrow Airport, were among the aviation businesses that held a conference call with the home secretary and junior aviation minister Kelly Tolhurst.

There are quite a few good opportunities at present. We could do with them spreading the good news out over three or four months :-)

I've had a good run on Meggitt (who are a customer of mine) from 245p at which point they were a bargain. Still has a way to go in my opinion, and Taylor Wimpey which continues to do well.

Good morning Mr Jones. It'll be that clot bc4. ;-)

Nice surge this morning. Alarm bells will be ringing with all the shorters and if they are not they certainly should be as the pressure builds!

Easyjet have formally announced that they will not restart their LGW-IOM or LPL-IOM routes on the 15th June and have put flying these routes back by at least 1 month.

Also all routes flown by the ex-Flybe out of IOM have now been formally taken over by Loganair and will start operating them once the IOM borders have reopened.
