I know people are flying I am in S Spain and you are right I have loads of time on my hands so why are the airlines all warning about bookings YOU tell me now that is a simple question. Why are all airlines warning about bookings and profits if everyone is still flying ?

Flybe in last ditch rescue talks (again) after big slump in bookings recently.

Ominous, but they've been close to finish a few times now. I'd say that's favourable for other short/regional airlines.

The FT is reporting that the government has rejected Flybe’s request for a £100m loan to keep itself in the air.

Breaking: Flybe has told the government that it is running out of cash and will not survive until the end of the month. Airline has been hit by slump in bookings since COVID-19 outbreak. FlyBe says it needs a decision on its request for taxpayer loan of £100m “in the coming days”
