rns today on Update on EU ownership.
I am normally good on legal stuff but don't understand what is happening here re EU ownership.
EZJ PLC I know have euro licenses to operate.
From wording of rns the euro side of EZJ PLC is still ino EZJ PLC and not a subsiduary, so when they speak of 49% etc ownership by EU, what does that mean?
EZJ shares registered through London owned by EU registered entities?

I don't understand the suspension of voters rights either, but once I understand the former, it wll probably make more sense.

So my take would be that IAG(5.3) is on a low P/E as the forwards earnings expectations are low( bad) compared to a stable EZJ(14.25), closer the the FTSE100 average.

Check out stats, p.e over 14.25, IAG p.e 5.3 how can Easyjet be valued 3 times more than BA.

It is the rumour of a possible bid from Lufthansa posted on this thread recently that grabbed my attention. It makes a lot of sense for them.

Lufhansa is likely to be very interested in aquiring EZJ - says Kepler Cheureux.

Goes on to say it would not be a suprise if Lufthansa made an offer for ezj over the coming months.

Crude currently up 1.3%

FTSE being hit due to GBP strength - cable strength due to diminishing chances of a no deal BREXIT.
