Is this from the TUI article, affecting the overall sentiment?"While demand has remained strong, some airlines' results this year were impacted by rising costs associated with labour disruptions, maintenance, or weaker business bookings.".... "While bookings and prices are ahead for the group for winter and summer, it is a more muted picture for demand in the UK.UK winter bookings are flat on a year ago, with 62 per cent of its programme sold, while summer sales are 3 per cent lower with 27 per cent sold." |
Can anyone explain or have a view on all the BoA activity in the RNS notifications - cheers. |
2 year high but it's utterly ridiculous given the commercial success
These facts are absolutely fundamental to what's happening now. YE sept 22 revenue £5.768bn loss £169m YE sept 24 revenue £5.715bn profit £452m
Easyjet are a completely new dynamic now. They don't need £9bn turnover for £1bn profit. They can do it from £6bn and an increased ratio of seats to the holiday business. This is a unique differential for easyJet. |
Steady share price rises and consolidation bodes very well from the charts right nowCould see a challenge on 52 week high and 600p this weekGood times ahead finally |
Phil Mac , you will get the £5 flights for £2.50 with club card voucher 😀

You are joking yes. The dividend was flagged a year ago and now delivered. You are upset by that..... really. |
People DATATIT has only 1 agenda , he doesn’t invest he’s a day trader who generally only holds when he sitting on losses (like he is here) , his second face kicks in when he’s sold and he wants the share price to go down and will say anything to attempt to people to sell. |
Thing is the realities of the company are somewhat different to people’s expectations on this board.
As ever DYOR before investing |
This will rise much quicker once current director has gone he has no clue at all trying to make himself look good with dividend before he has gone. |
Hence the dividend dafty |
They were making bug loses is Covid and it’s took a couple of years to start making profits, now you seem to think there is a massive cash pot to do buybacks 😀 |
share buy back would have been much better |
Have to say this would be much higher if the dividend was not so generous all that has been done here is to make the Director look good and make it harder on the next in coming Director Crazy |

Datatit, here’s rocket fuel |
Watch and weep 🤣🤣129315;it's 🚀 🚀 🚀 fuel |
Sapphires being neutral again 😀 She’s wiping out losses already for next year, as ever DYOR rather than take her ramping as fact |
Rumours bigdaves Crew are lining up to short this with the gang |
The vital element is reducing the H1 loss. H2 can be as good as you like but we can't enter Q4 in a deficit again. £114m entering Q4 leaves an impossible journey for £1bn profit. This year I hope that we enter Q4 on even or better. I believe that Easyjet holidays will clear up over the winter with substantial percentage increases from seats sold in packages. This is the deferential between easyjet and the others. It's where the market has called it wrong so far. It's where easyJet has the opportunity for further substantial growth. Q1 I am hoping for a loss between £40-50m. |
