..err Miami International airport - MIA Malta International airport - MLA |
Sure you do |
I am still adding, the share price is ridiculous. I am not selling one share. I add around €5000 a month. |
Have halved out in my ISA shares in EZJ (and elsewhere), no negative reason just a bit of movement to cash.
Plus it brings the average down :0) |
Have £5.50 as the target this year. The new summer sales went really well so they say and many doing the package deals. Yes May dip at some stage but that would only be a buying opportunity. |
Yeah funny. MIA Why would it be Miami. At Malta International airport easyjet acquired SR technics to open a substantial heavy aviation facility for the easyJet fleet. The transformation is complete now and last night it was all lite up for the first time. I guess that the pikeyair pilot could see the orange glow 5 miles out. Easyjet are coming for you O'Leary. |
Don't think you did. No easyJet in Miami, but who knows, maybe one day.Assuming MLA. |
I flew back into MIA tonight. Good to see the transformation of SR complete now. A massive orange building now easyjet heavy engineering. I took the tour a couple of months ago and it's an impressive facility. Easyjet clearly think that they are going places and scaling up their support and maintenance. |
Agree ... we have left 425-440 level behind fingers crossed Strong support at 468 Hopefully breach £5 later this or early next week |
Divergence day 3. Wizz down nearly 4% Ryanair down 2.5% Easyjet down 0.6% The day is not over and anything can happen but I wonder if we are at the start of a quality based rerate. In my opinion easyjet are way too cheap and weighed by risk and results ryanair and wizz are still priced too high. |
Your timeframe doesn't change the fact that in those 3 years the business has transformed and the holiday business has been born. Meanwhile the chart has done nothing to represent those achievements. I will be here for 3-5years and expect to be doubling my money. My average is a bit below yours by around 30p. |
Agree, depends on timeframes though. My agenda is medium term. Average price ~£4.75. |
Pine , you can make numbers/charts fit your agenda, you could also say lower highs and lower lows since April, which is more current than 3 years ago. Also it’s relevant if you bought 3 years ago rather than in the last year. |
In that three years the business has done much better than the chart suggests. |
3 year chart looks good here. Higher highs and lows. |
Holding up very well today against a very bad market |
I believe that we'll break through £5 in the near term and sit comfortably above waiting for news on the summer performance and crucially those plans to reduce H1 losses in 25. The enhanced winter timetable looks very ambitious but actually it's targeting the package holidays market.if they can fill 15% with holidays bookings the load percentage and starting becomes less important. I don't think that a H1 profit is possible ever but Q1 potentially is.
Obviously H1 losses are just accounting losses. This year they increased cash in hand by £100m whilst making a loss. Smoke and accounting mirrors. Over the long term this looks very strong in my opinion |
USA down 2% yesterday, Japan down more, likely few percent drop on open due to USA sneezing and rest of world getting a cold. |
Of course they have been sold down in expectation of relegation. The oil price is tumbling, everything pointing positive at the moment. |
Watch and weep norampinhg ya fanny |
Divergence continues....day 2 |
Hotukdeals clearly showing a link to cheap EZJ flights £4,£5 and £6 |
"On the other hand, EasyJet is contending with the adverse effects of price wars driven by last-minute bookings, which have strained its earnings expectations. The airline industry’s cyclical nature has seen EasyJet’s stock value fluctuate, placing it on the brink of exiting the FTSE 100. The final determination of index changes will be made on September 4, with both companies potentially transitioning to the FTSE 250 index if the preliminary assessment is confirmed"
Absolute nonsense. What price war is that. The pre covid £9.99 price war was long ago. Last minute bookings were very thin on the ground as flights are largely full at solid overall prices. The business is nothing like as price sensitive as it has been. It's a myth driven by ryanair. Earnings expectations have been increased for the holiday business and will in my opinion be exceeded.
A record summer will be delivered in 6 weeks with healthy annual profit driven by the new holiday business. |
They can’t sell until they are relegated, remember the hype when they were promoted, only to go back down again, the Leeds United of shares. |
Already done, should begin recovery now. Oil price down again. |
