Sirrux,They are just a front end service. Nothing fancy and not epo. They have lapsed the offer, but that does not mean they won't come back unless this forbids them too , the lapsed offer. They've not said goodbye because they've not said they've left. Still, see what happens.

Crypto from what I can see the shares are in a small number of hands now like a small club locked in a room all looking at each other. I don't think they'll all be happy with 37p but that's where the the talk is at right now. Some seem to have bought in at 40+.

Mastercard did urge shareholders not to accept 37p, implying that they would come back to the table and instead of saying we're out and they could have said this a while ago, they just slipped out the back door without saying goodbye. Maybe they had a tantrum behind the scenes.

Transfast is an odd purchase, they are not a backbone just a front by the looks of it. There's a Transfast operating out of the UK too but I don't think they are connected, it looks like they are shutting down rather than ramping up. Terms not disclosed, so who knows what they've agreed, could all fall apart still.

Lol, shareholders will snap visa's fingers off for 37p. Don't delude yourself otherwise.

Hedge funds took a big gamble , paying almost over 30%higher than the Visa bid .They have been truely burnt on this one.

As I said, last month , when I posted I sold , I thought the premium was a bit rich .At 49p , its was getting crazy risky in the past week or so.

Still its been an amazing results for shareholders and for those arbs , such exbroker , who bought at around the time of the first bid. Well done!

Cheapest option ? They already own over 60% of Homesend which is now part of Mastercard Send . I'm really surprised you haven't bought ESG since you have done so well on EPO .

I doubt anyone else will bid for epo now. You never know but I doubt it.

Cryptotrade, Mastercard already own most of HomeSend . They also invested loads more in it late last year. Obviously , they will buy out ESG , cos why on earth would they want to give ESG over 30% of the profits from all their work going forward.

Its just a question of time, nothing else.
