Three of those in a row would be ominous.

MC are considering a real bid I suspect. None of this 10% stuff. They'll wait, then do their final bid.

Crypto
Visa have bid 37
MC have bid 33
It’s now MC`S move if they don’t up their bid then 37 will win but not until MC have said their bid is final or time has expired.

It's only that if MC bid. So yeah unless MC forget it, it won't fall to 37p. Some are selling out so they'll collect that. As I've said before 55p then upwards towards 80p.

Visa wont get many acceptances for a 37p bid when the market price is 45!

Mc can wait a bit before doing anything, they have not posted their document yet so its early stages. The crunch bit is when you start to get final offers that won’t be increased, we are not at that stage yet.

I think MC will wait for the Visa offer to lapse and then see if they increase their bid. Then MC can decide how much they need to up the ante

There has been no confirmation on acceptant % from Visas bid. For those shareholders, why accept ? Greed? MC , why wait. They may not even bother now, but nothing has been confirmed other than they've been a nuisance. Will they, won't they. In the meantime Visa rush to get the deal done, well, as long as no one spoils the party.

Why should they rush. If they bid, as you know, it has to be decent and real. There's no point doing 10% here and there. It will take ages. So, I suspect if they do bid, it will be substantially more since Visa counter bid has only ever been a small increase. So it's up to MC.

No problem Arf, alot of negative stuff about epo and rightly so, the idea was good, the management a shower. Holders just got lucky fast, I still believe it would have gone north of 50p and possibly to £2 but that was over 3 years with no f ups, not 3 month. Be lucky

Typical of some idiot who's not at the races to make this type of commententer the frayTo join a competition. Now that you've entered the fray and decided to run personal attacks that are likely to follow. To join in on an argument. Once my relatives start arguing, I usually leave the room rather than enter the frayAfter questioning the ceo on the webinair back in December (the only pi to phone in) I decided it was worth the gamble and bought a top up to 1500000 shares at an average of 8.5p, I'm still holding. How many did you buy Afr?
