Yes they have Main Market listing which in itself is worth a lot...so RTO makes complete sense.

Thanks but just speculation on my part from the wording in the RNS and that there has been not one single RNS from the company since 28/01/2022 until yesterday.

RNS 05/10/22 - "We have set about searching for a new target company and business to pursue as we repurpose Dukemount. This process will commence and be undertaken at speed and we hope to update the market soon on the next steps for Dukemount."

I suspect the repurposing is moving DKE into the more commercially profitable energy storage sector. The CEO and three other directors formed an energy company in April 2022 called ARLINGTON ENERGY FOUNDERS LIMITED.



I would not be surprised if an RTO is on the cards. More information on where the company is going should be in the finals due out this month.

In the absence of zero information from the company that is what I suspect is going on. The London Stock Exchange has the company indexed under 'real estate' yet here they are attempting to cash in on the rising energy sector.

I think they had to sell the project for regulatory reasons. This was effectively a change of the company's main business that would have required a prospectus and recategorizing on the standard listing. The prospectus was never issued before they went ahead with the project.

RNS 28/01/22 - "Dukemount is currently working with its advisors and the FCA to get a prospectus approved and the first tranche of the funding available to be able to commence the construction process."
