I was expecting the profit from Wavertree, That's why I stated the profit was lower than I expected. There was 64k profit. So where's that come from? I notice from the full year results they will be getting 234k+ per annum from West Derby Road and £168,740+ from Wavertree. At the moment it's up 14% on just a few thousand pounds of deals, and it can go the opposite way on less, so until there is some real news about actual projects, the share price is going to jump about. But the question remains - what is DKE actually planning? Will there be a join development with a medical faculty at a uni? Will there be a further project with a local council? How will an income stream be established rather than just development fees? We need some clarity | ivor hunch |
