They royally shafted shareholders last time with a dilutive share issue. Its notable that they cannot attract franchisees to open new stores but have to sell existing ones where the initial losses (largest part) are borne by DPP.

The oldest store is still only 34K EBIDTA positive... and this is FOUR years after opening. If depreciation etc was taken into account it may not even reach breakeven after 4 years.

There are three key statements from the accounts :

"While there remains a long journey ahead to reach Group profitability,"

"We have committed to opening a significant number of stores in 2015, with openings focused in the second half to maximise economies of scale in marketing in new cities. For 2015 we are planning on all stores opened being corporate,"

"The planned expansion of the store estate and the requisite expansion of commissary capacity will require us to consider sources of financing, including a potential issuance of equity in due course."

I expect another fundraise (and took the hit last time they issued at 15p).

I have taken profits, but hope to get back in in another 12 months time, when there is more clarity and the share price realistically reflects/takes into account further dilution.

Today's final results brings a little realism to the last few weeks - impairments approx £700K, admin costs approx same as the total revenue, franchisees buying cut price branches, etc ....

Perhaps we are going in the right direction but it looks like some years before we can expect to see profits and, presumably, another fund raising later this year?

Perhaps time to take profits?

Telepizza Poland is also interested in partnering with independent hotels, Ms Olbrys told Puls Biznesu. The number of pizza restaurants in the country is growing, but sales per restaurant are not, so restaurateurs are looking for new sources of growth, she explained

I don't think you're alone in your thoughts LBO as regards future funding and maybe a time to take profits, though the product and long term future is still positive in a market that has become very westernized since joining the EU.

When Hargreave Hale stop buying will the MMs will drop it as quick at they pumped it? Will we still see significant losses at the results due to the high central costs and a another discounted placing to probably Hargreaves?

Surprisingly the weekend press didn't really feature this apart from one article.

It will now start to appear on tip sheets as it definitely has potential.

Heres to back to £1.00 a share.
