Good consolidation today above 360p after yesterday`s carry on with volume almost 750k.

As those sales yesterday were at 360p exactly, looks like the following could well have been 'buys':

150,000 @ 360.36p
115,000 @ 360.36p
135,000 @ 360.36p
.30,000 @ 360.36p
400,000 @ 360.54p

Nigel Wray holds such a large stake anyway and usually sells down once a year, Hemsley`s were 'vested' shares and Halpern`s sale was insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

The shares seem to have been taken up relatively smoothly going by this mornings shareprice movement.

Morning SAS

From the DOM website - gives details to end january 2010 - but I`ve kept it updated myself from any RNS issued.

The good news is shareprice seems to be recovering some of that drop now that the RNS is out of the way.

Morning philanderer,

Can I ask where you found the breakdown in shareholding details?
Is it on ADVFN or on DOM website?

Thanks,
S

Well I thought we were in a 'closed period' i.e 2 months before the announcement of results - half yearly due 12th july.

Can`t say I`m too happy at all about these sales.

(Capital Group was the last major holder to reduce in february)

Lots of trades shown after the close today all around that 360p mark from earlier in the day that caused that sharp drop:

948,388 @ 360p
64,548 @ 360p
75,000 @ 360p

150,000 @ 360.36p
115,000 @ 360.36p
135,000 @ 360.36p
30,000 @ 360.36p

400,000 @ 360.54p

plus those two trades shown earlier for:

4,700,000 @ 360p
500,000 @ 360p

Lets hope tomorrows RNS sorts this out.

All very odd with a trading update and half-year results pencilled in for july 12th.

361.1 - 363.0

It`ll be a shame if we don`t hold and consolidate now above 360p, it took five goes to break it !

Those 5.2m sales really put the kybosh on the recent run . As you said SAS, that`s 3%+ of the total shares so we ought to get an RNS if not tonight then tomorrow to see who has put a spanner in the works.

Frustrating day.

That's a lot of shares - does someone know more than us I wonder?

Edit:
Am I right in thinking that's about 3% of the shares in issue?
If so, then shouldn't we be getting a RNS soon?

There`s the reason for the drop.
