14/10/2013 16:52 | Had a e-mail back from Dominos today with a apology and an offer of a free larger pizza from same or different branch. Pas100 I agree with you but its always a good idea to visit ones investment to see if management are delivering a ground level. I invested in Dominos many years ago and it has been a very successful investment hence the disappointment at recent level of service. There is no room for muppets at Dominoes and l hope Dominoes continues to deliver. | adred
14/10/2013 15:19 | Neither Manjit or Shirley will stop this share getting back to 700p + (fortunately) Numis have this spot on The company is solid and has a very predicatble income stream What Manjit & Shirley demonstrate is there are muppets in all walks of life but you don't base investmebt decisions on Muppets even though they do test your patience!! | pas100
13/10/2013 17:52 | At 12.20pm l telephoned my local Dominos (Shirley, Solihull), gentlemen by the name of Manjit answered the telephoned, I ordered a large pizza and explained l would like to use my voucher (Which had come in the post, as a "Thank You" from Dominos). Manjit stated "there is no such voucher" I explained to him there is such a voucher as l am looking at it , he repeated "you are mistaken, as there is no such voucher on the system". I asked to speak to someone else, the reply was "l am the only one here", I asked to speak to the Manager "Manager not here". I asked Manjit for his full name "my name is Harry Singh" yet he answered telephone as Manjit. Manjit "do you want to order or not", may reply "no thank you" and l put the telephone down and ordered from Pizza Hut instead. 12:45pm gentle phoned from Dominos Shirley asking if l want my pizza delivery or collect, I asked to speak to Manager. Manjit answers the telephone as the Manager now, l ask Manjit if he remembers the conversation from 20 minutes go "no sirs". At which point l told I do not want the pizza and please do not call again. Great Customer Services! sell the shares! | adred

02/10/2013 21:00 | Plus ca change :-) SELL Domino's Pizza Dump shares in Domino's is the rather surprising advice from Panmure Gordon. The nation's favourite pizzeria is usually considered a safe bet but the broker says that, despite "resilient" trading, "greater certainty" is needed around Germany. Shares are 589p with a 380p target. | philanderer
03/9/2013 13:25 | Back in for a few this morning (that was Citi that initiated coverage yesterday - I`ve edited my post) | philanderer
03/9/2013 08:57 | From The Independent today: "The mid-cap pizza delivery group Domino's Pizza gobbled up 18p to 584p when it got a boost from analysts at Citi, who think its international prospects are a reason to tuck in to the stock. Citi argued the Domino's franchise model can offer "impressive returns, shared risk and good growth" and its expansion into Germany shouldn't be underestimated. Concerns about the German business are exaggerated, they said, and its model has "already proven a success in the UK, despite taking many years for the market to recognise it"; and there are "similarities with the current entry into Germany" which has been "missed by the market". They rate it a buy with a 675p price target." | robinnicolson
