Adage have not changed their short since March last year. Walleye reduced a little on the 17th Jan this year having only taken a position on Jan 4th.

The market and short sellers Adage and Wall Eye are betting on/believe Rusty is another Ted Beneke from Breaking Bad. Are the house brokers and accountants all involved?

Do reply to the halfwit that is whites123, I have him on filter. Every time he appears on a share I have held to ramp or deramp he has been wrong. You can tell from the responses what position he has taken. He makes up the most outrageous 'facts' and bores you to death with them. Filter and ignore dont give him oxygen. The good news is his arrival, and from the look of it adopting a deramping stance, DEC is going to recover as he is always wrong.

whites,

Its not Congress, its a minority Democrats committee of 4 (out of the 52 member House) who sent a 9 page letter to DEC and they have no executive powers. The Republicans control the House.

Whats bad about the 'finances'

I do mean the four minority with no power.

I guess someone should tell that to the markets as they clearly are worried, hence the share price dropping by some 30% this week alone.

Or maybe having four non important people aggravated is actually good for DEC?

Sell now would be my advise and save your money.

What say you the resident guru Topaz??

Wow, that is a heck of a statement to make.
Facts: You have been pumping and spamming this across forums proclaiming its a multi bagger.

Fact: I looked at it and thought, is this guy for real. DEC is in real trouble so I wont be investing.

Then 1 week later its down by 30% and still falling.

Congress havent even started slaughtering it yet and you are still recommending it across forums as a buy.

Thankfully no one listens to you.

Fool.

Whites is an idiot invested in PFC which is about to go bust

He hates me because I recommended they dumped PFC at 40p two weeks ago (after a huge dead cat bounce) and since it's at c.25p so he goes around trolling me on my different investments

This idiot knows nothing about DEC he is just a sad troll so ignore anything he has to say lol

You mean four insignificant democrats in the house minority so with no power who have regurgitated an old report which has been comprehensively rebuffed by the company twice now.

Also you seam to have made up some nonsense about non-existent capital issues.

Are you short White123 or just concerned for other investors? Genuine question.

Not short at all.
A PUMP and DUMP merchant called Topaz was spamming this over different threads.
I took a look and was amazed at how bad the finances were here and then considered Congress getting their teeth into it and was surprised it was even as high as £5
All I did was point out that based on fundamentals i foresaw new lows being tested each day down to £7.00
Topaz on the other hand has carried on with his spamming across other forums and it amazes me that retail holders will be the losers here.
I doubt if anyone does take notice of people like him, but its a shame if anyone does as they will only lose money.

As I have repeatedly said though, every day this week has seen new lows and next week will be the same and worse as weekend will likely draw comments out stateside.

PFC doubled very quickly from the lows.

Because PFC is a viable company and will surpass market expectations.
PFC is also being shorted by bucket shop hedge funds.
PFC has $BILLIONs in backlog orders.
PFC will genuinely see a x 4 and more increase in share price

DEC on the other hand is about to incur the wrath of Congress and as mentioned in numerous financial rags is about to announce capital issues.
The left one holding the baby will lose money.
Maybe time to bail now, capitalise on any money left from this and make it back with more on PFC.

Just saying.

kaos3 – re; #7402 “All will be done bellow 3%”

USA - SEC
“shareholders who acquire more than 5% of the outstanding shares of that class must file beneficial owner reports on Schedule 13D or 13G until their holdings drop below 5%.”

UK – FCA
DTR 5.1.5 “Certain voting rights to be disregarded (except at 5% 10% and higher thresholds)”

In a nut-shell, even before the US listing, the 3% rule didn't apply to companies like M&G, BlackRock etc,. They've never had to report until >5%.

If this does snap back, there are going to be some burned fingers.

Will it snap back? If I had no holding, I would be pretty leery of buying a stock with a 30% yield. I would probably put it in the 'too good to be true' category, and a cursory glance at the accounts, without any deep thought as to the impact of GAAP on the numbers thrown up for a business model like DEC's would tend to confirm that view.

If these sort of prices continue until ex d date and an unchanged div is declared, it will be interesting. There will be those who are sufficiently shaken to sell once the div is in the bag, others who have bought low and will be happy to get out with the dividend as their profit for a quick return, and an interesting decision for the bold to make as to whether to buy if ex div sales lead to a share price drop.

I am full here and holding, but even as someone who has held for some years i am quite well into the red now even on a total return basis, on an average purchase price of under £20 (100p old money, which used to be a source of comfort and satisfaction!) If the dividend holds, I am in clover. If it is cut by 50%, I still have a respectable income investment on a return on capital invested basis (SIPP, no withholding tax). Anything worse than that and I shall be wishing I had never heard of DEC !! It all turns on the dividend. IMO.
