Yep, the fact that Redleg and Kraken are pretty much neck and neck even though Kraken has a significantly larger advertising budget is proof of the weight that Redleg carries.

Interesting thoughts Berny and I hope you are right. If nothing else the new bottle design has at least shown things are happening.

Berny, I agree with you. I think RedLeg and part (or even all) of the Blackwoods range will be included in a new distribution deal for the US. Would make sense for both parties IMO.

imo not really. Worth doing some research on the company rather than relying on chart patterns.

I am very interested to see the Christmas update. The Rum market is definitely picking up pace and it looks like Redleg Rum and Kracken are battling on this. That is a massive thing as the comparable marketing spend between Kracken and Redleg Rum is huge. For Redleg Rum to be competing with the much larger companies on this is hugely significant in my opinion. Everything is very quiet on the US front which suggests that a significant plan is underway.

The new bottle and new vintage of Blackwoods may be combined into this - especially with the Vodka. It is all assumptions at this stage. The company from last results has enough cash to continue operations. The cost of the bottle design and manufacturing would have been in last half accounts. Therefore we should see an improvement in margins this half. I noticed in the h/y accounts a downward shift in cash flow which could be explained by the new bottle and placing of bottle orders for new year (2018).

Getting very inetersting

Full results should be out in 2nd week of Jan'2018. It would be nice to see revenue doubling up in 2017 and decent net profit.

No more than it's normal helping for these threads nowadays. Doesn't affect the company, or the price long term.

'IMO, Diageo is poised to takeover Fevertree and Distil.'Really pathetic stuff. There is as much chance of that as there is of you turning out to be a successful investor. Why does this company attract morons?

Berny3 - your calculations are always interesting, but it is unusual for you to try to predict the market. And terribly risky. Especially at the moment. Lets wait and see, shall we. This is a good, solid company, and we will all make good money out of it, with patience! Next key news is probably after xmas sales. kind regards, pete

Spread tightened downwards on pathetically low volume. BID hasn't moved down. MM's just dropped the ASK to see if it attracted any buyers. Some news would do wonders for the share price

If there is volume today we should see a tick up.

It makes sense if FEVERTREE acquires RedLeg Rum to make Rumbo mix.
