Director's Shareholding & Issue of Equity 
 
The Company was informed today that on 13, 15 and 16 December 2011, Mr Morrice 
Cordiner, non-executive director of the Company disposed of 500,000 shares at a 
price of A$1.35 per share. 
 
Accordingly, following the above transaction, Mr Cordiner and his related 
parties hold the following interests in the Company: 
 
? 805,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.18 
per cent of the issued share capital of the Company; and 
 
? 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee and 
Directors Share Plan (which was approved by shareholders at a general meeting on 
24 February 2010), the issue of which are subject to certain vesting conditions.
