22/11/2010 12:20 | Sterling effort Kenny regarding the new thread and the time and work you've put into it,v much appreciated. 140k for me,and with you all the way, mine are held in Hargreaves/Lansdown and the last time we voted it was easy enough for them to vote for my intentions. | roscoepeeco
22/11/2010 11:45 | when is this meeting likely to be called and what is the delay? I would have thought that excisting shareholders would be keen to get some movement in the company direction... trying to decide whether to increase my modest holdings compared to some on here. scyther | scyther
22/11/2010 10:37 | Anyone in otc...volume picking up jorc rep due this week! gla | tidy 2

22/11/2010 10:11 | Morning kenny. I'm surprised there hasn't been a bit more interest here this morning. Especially with TW working overtime last night! We may have to wait now till 30 seconds after the egm which should provide more uplift once any interested PIs see where it's going. | devil20
22/11/2010 10:02 | marab, you can do it electronically via your broker | kennyruss
22/11/2010 09:48 | thanks, engelo. | crapcrap
22/11/2010 09:39 | Kenny, how can we register our vote if we can't attend meeting. I would presume there will be no problem but it's nice too make sure. Can we nominate a proxy to vote in our favour eg. TW | marab
22/11/2010 09:31 | as my shares are in a nominee account i sometimes don't get to vote, but i would vote yes! | crapcrap

22/11/2010 07:44 | added benjib5151:) Tigerdog no longer has any shares in directex - I received a text end of last week... For the EGM to be accepted the BOD only require 50% of cast votes, not 50% of issued capital up to 33.1% now | kennyruss
21/11/2010 23:47 | you can add my 1.1% to the yes votes. | benjib5151
21/11/2010 23:43 | kennyruss, thanks for that. | thx1138
21/11/2010 23:10 | Filter him, he thrives on the attention. Seen his type for many years, probably gets paid by his employers every time his name is mentioned! Or is bitter over this or a previous investment. Aside from this, not many bb threads where the top man answers questions when asked. Very encouraging indeed. 300k for me and yes | bluesky1st
21/11/2010 22:31 | Please can everyone please filter pwhite and be done with this fool. | cps1959
21/11/2010 22:30 | Q Is there going to be a rights issue to raise additional funds or a an open offer with a discounted placing? a) Any funding must be non dilutive- i.e. at a premium to NAV No funding can ever be non-dilutive if equity is raised no matter what price the new shares are placed at. The percentage holding of the current shareholders is reduced unless they are permitted to partake in the new issue. i.e. at a premium to NAV What on earth does that mean? All fundings are at premium to the Net Asset Value. If the current NAV is £1,000,000 and a funding raises £1,000,000 the NAV then becomes £2,000,000. If the funding raises £500,000 the NAV then becomes £1,500,000. What you want to read is that any funding with equity will be at a premium to the current shareprice. | pwhite73
21/11/2010 22:19 | "What is the current NAV value, The "TOTAL NET ASSET" as per the half yearly report to 30 June 2010 stood at £1,400,000" 2 different numbers. 5 months between the two statements, so unlikely they would be the same now. Cash burn for example. No-one can put a price on the french tax losses either until someone buys them. Same applies to the clubs asset. Kenny 700,000 shares for me. | marab
21/11/2010 22:18 | well perhaps Pwhite73, he may have a sale lined for up for webclubs or FTR (French Tax Recoveries) This is the last time I will speak to you... Filtered I would advise everyone to do the same and he will dash elsewhere | kennyruss |
