21/11/2010 13:09 | Orado - 21 Nov'10 - 13:07 - 4577 of 4578 "Kennyruss & Cps1959 Forgive my ingorance, but where are the funds coming from for them to invest in these silver companies?" Orado - Take a long hard look in the mirror. | pwhite73
21/11/2010 13:07 | It is no secret for I have stated time and time again that I consider the AIM to be nothing but a scam. What you have here is essentially a Ponzi scheme on the level Bernard Madoff operated. With regards to mining and oil stocks nothing is actually being produced by virtually all of the companies. All the talk is of licenses, joint ventures, Jorcs, 3D seimic reports and of course placings. The cost of actually producing oil and gold is prohibitive to virtually all of the AIM listed resource stocks. The role that small private investors play is to fund listings, wages and operational costs of these companies that are going absolutely nowhere. Like a Ponzi scheme if you're in at the bottom and others follow later you will reap the rewards. That's until a little boy shouts the "emperor has no clothes". My posts are not directed at those long since in but at those who are contemplating entering the Ponzi scheme or those who have just entered and still have time to pull out. Just one other point that is off topic but might be relevent. In the past I thought I had read that cps1959 was in the financial services industry. If I am incorrect please accept my humblest apologies. If I am correct then there may be a serious breach of ADVFN's Terms and Conditions. Private Investor - Definition. 2. The customer is not currently registered or qualified as a professional securities trader or investment advisor with any national or state exchange, regulatory authority, professional association or recognised professional body and acting in that capacity. 3. The customer does not currently act in any capacity as an investment advisor, whether or not they have at some time been qualified to do so. Once again if I am incorrect I apologise to all. must dash. | pwhite73

21/11/2010 11:55 | roscoe pwhite is not welcome here, he never has been, but it doesn't stop him on his small minded crusade (whatever he thinks it is). The bottom line is: he dosn't like the way AIM is run either by the MM's or the companies. He has obviously lost alot of money getting in at the hight of the spikes and hasn't held for them to recover or paniced and sold when the price was falling. All in all he is bitter, negative and forcing this on BB's who don't want him there. His predictions are always negative and wrong. We should all send him to Coventry. | cps1959
21/11/2010 11:02 | kennyruss - 21 Nov'10 - 09:05 - 4569 of 4569 "The information does not stop us trading DXR shares.." Of course it doesn't which is what I meant when I said neither yourself or cps was given price sensitive information. If you were then a criminal offence has been committed. New Thread There are already two threads on the go we don't need another one. Keep this as the main thread and lift the ban on the other posters. These ADVFN threads are meant to be used for discussion between posters not as advertising billboards for companies you invest in. | pwhite73
21/11/2010 10:54 | Meanwhile, can we focus on the tremendous upside here for both DXR and Silver ? | bluesky1st
21/11/2010 10:51 | It makes absolute sense to make large shareholders insiders when making big changes to a company structure, as the company may need their support when driving through changes. It happens all the time but is closely monitored by the powers that be. Common sense is key here IMO, if the insider buys or sells a significant amount based on the info and is seen to benefit, then the law will prosecute them . We all know that don't we? | bluesky1st
21/11/2010 09:05 | Christ guys, lets stop tying ourselves in knots over this... Yes I have spoke to TW several times on the phone and received similar information to colin. Lets focus on DXR and the way ahead.. The information does not stop us trading DXR shares.. TW does not hang around/fanny about I am hoping to start a new thread tonight.. | kennyruss
21/11/2010 08:58 | Not quite sure why TW would make anyone an 'insider' outside of the company and it's advisers whether over the phone or not? Surely that in itself is not proper otherwise you could put what you know here and just warn people that makes them 'insiders' and so they must not then deal. Surely even TW is intelligent/honest enough to know that? Then again who knows where the City is involved. | argy2
20/11/2010 23:56 | pwhite Again you always have to see the possible negative side of things thinking I told kenny anything, you cant help yourself its in your nature. I have you ever thought that TW spoke to kenny on the telephone seperately, I know its novel but it actually happens. So before you keep spouting off about legal this and legal that I would think very carefuly about what you say. | cps1959
20/11/2010 22:27 | p@ - 20 Nov'10 - 22:23 - 4563 of 4564 "P>White-Have you seen the precarious financial situation of ABH?" p@ - a question was asked of me, I answered. I'm not about to discuss ABH on this thread. Thanks. | pwhite73

20/11/2010 22:17 | "PWhite73 - 15 Aug'10 - 12:00 - 2098 of 4561 battlebus Right from the outset it was my intention to instil fear into the holders of this stock. Those who I have spooked out have saved themselves considerable sums of money. Those who I failed to influence have lost themselves considerable sums of money. I make no apologies for my actions." Share price at that time was 1.65p. Share price now 4.125p (and due a bounce in my opinion). I hope those share holders who were spooked out by PWhite remember to thank him. | marab
20/11/2010 21:47 | talk...we've tried every avenue with him,but to no avail, he's obviously an intelligent chappie..but the pain he holds within hath no bounds. | leedsu36
20/11/2010 21:38 | PWhite73: I am always interested in hearing what others have to say when they are negative against, especially with such persistency, a certain poster(s) or share. Can I ask what you would recommend? | talk2dubya
20/11/2010 21:17 | knowsleyman - I did. Can you name one plonker and then I might be able to work out what you meant. | marab
20/11/2010 18:55 | CPS, I had my reservations post RNS regarding the proposed way forward, the current mcap against the potential funds for investment seemed to be at a disproportionate level. Hence I feel why it pulled back on Friday, however after reading your comments and despite still having some concerns on what may happen when we get the first NAV updates I am more comfortable. This comfort comes also from the fact that if yourself and Kenny are now in what can be considered a close period we should at some stage get the news that you are both party to, which will lead to a + effect on the current share price Thanks for your efforts. | keya5000
