CPS, does TW know the liquidity of the DXR shares. Depending on the answer it may be better to issue more shares to fund investments

Well I therfore have to assume that either people trust TW's investment ability for silver stocks, or they do their own research and buy stocks they personally like the look of for a portfolio. I guess it depends on how active an investor you are?

I would be very surprised if cheques had not already been made out for investments. No way TW and co bought shares in this without already having decided what they were going to invest in. This is just like when Lander and co took over, punters sold shares, a bit of a wait and then zoom. Anybody think that silver isn't going to go up? Should be interesting to see what CPS thinks after his meeting today with TW.

Looking at what will now be Woodbourne Sq's sister company Hameldon, I see that TW is also the CIO and is charging them 25% of the increase in NAV quarterly.
I think on that basis we have a good deal and TW expects the growth here to be greater to take a 10% less percentage.
They also raised 500k by convertable loan notes and invested in 10 different companies. They have more money to play with here and i would like to see the same CLN strategy employed here.
I would like to see larger stakes and less companies and adopt a RRR approach to the recent Columbia deal.

TW does not hang around. I guess we will have to see how effective he intends to be with the further news as the new business starts to get active. Sooner the better from my perspective because I hold all of my stock and this is going to be sold back gto the market for a significantly higher sum.

Fluffers can do what they want but I want an lot from dxr. But first some news on transactions/interests please ;-)

Well it was suggested a few days ago the maybe TW was hoping to reverse Rivington into this, so not so wide of the mark really.

Not read all the posts, but would it not be just as easy to invest in the T1ps fund to gain exposure to this now - the risk is spread more evenly?

I suppose this raises TW's profile and like MWM he probably likes the idea of being involved with a listed company.

TPJ - my fundamental comparison with SOLG suggests TPJ is worth 12-24p

TPJ - is working with 3 of the biggest gold miners in the World

TPJ - has one of the biggest gold miners in the world building a 20%+ position in the stock

TPJ - has already received one approach at 4p/share from one of the biggest gold miners in the world

TPJ - if a bidding war commences between 3 of the biggest gold miners in the World (who have combined Market Cap of $100 bn !!! how much would they pay for the current $20m market cap TPJ and why are they so interested in a $20m company unless it can move the dial for them and have the potential to be worth $1000m ?)

PWhite - I dunno where price will be and nor do you, it depends what they do with it.

To receive a fee equivalent to 15% of the increase in the net asset value ("NAV") of the Company payable in shares at the NAV each quarter is nice work if you can get it but it's not the way I want to give away my money. Better to invest in RIVP shares in my opinion, that way investors are giving me their money!

That said, looks a good deal for those who have been trapped in it.

You are absolutely spot on,i have probably been most guilty of giving to much of my time emphasizing what a prat pwhite is and will now just let him highlight the fact himself.

It's great to see you here by the way,i have followed your posts avidly on other threads after first catching you on the uen board a while ago,
Such a knowledgeable chap as yourself with positive comments are a welcome sight,and give me confidence..if it's good enough for you...it's good for me!!

I along with a few others have been here since January,you will find here in the big holders i.e kennyruss,cps,comedy,marab etc a refreshingly honest thread with some excellent comments and analysis,who i for one am out of my depth with,all very approachable,(and Kenny thx for your response to my e-mail),lets all look forward to what Colin brings back from his meeting this afternoon..and gla
