Q What is the current NAV value being used in considering capital raising?
A That is price sensitive so I cannot answer

Oh come on. The "TOTAL NET ASSET" as per the half yearly report to 30 June 2010 stood at £1,400,000. Hardly price sensitive material.

marab - 21 Nov'10 - 17:07 - 7 of 37 edit

Me too. So with the 2 funds that should be 33% so far. 17

That 17 was my guess as to when PWhite would post, but I didn't know that Kenny had arranged the thing with TW. STill - I got the 7 part right.

Q Can you confirm what you are proposing to bring to increase shareholder value in the coming months?

A Our position, track record & ability to move fast means we get offered opportunities others do not.

What are opportunities are these if the cash is to be invested in already listed companies on the Canadian and Australian stock markets.

Kenny.
TW's t1ps fund bought into CHC at 0.1p(now over 0.3). Is this a type of investment he would be interested in(if it was a junior silver play/yet to list)?
Also, have a few silver stocks shot their bolt(so to speak), as an example Great Panther(GPR)(made a few bob there myself) have about trebled in not many months?
Cheers.

Kenny.
Q Will he be investing in only listed companies or also in private non listed?

albert he has kinda answered it

We will invest in shares in silver companies where we can get an attractive "in" and where we see compelling upside at current prices ($26). We see silver at $45 by next year and so expect that the operational gearing that delivers will deliver big gains. Our position, track record & ability to move fast means we get offered opportunities others do not.

I am going to give it a few hours for more questions...I feel most have been covered but don't be shy to post anything

How soon will you need to raise money to make investments in silver miners as I assume buyers will hold off until you are fully funded?

What level of underlying cash burn does he see for Woodburn running the company going forward and how does this compare to the figure of £150,000 per annum I believe was suggested by previous management?

What proportion of activities will be silver focused and where (ie which commodities) does he anticipate the balance of effort will be expended?

Is is happy with current share price and think it reflects the value and potential of the company?

How will acquisitions be funded?

Is he looking to invest in straight on market stakes or through more innovative mechanisms?

How long does he anticipate the company taking before starting to release potential/actual acquisition opportunities?

What makes him/ the company so sure they have the resources to identify valuable opportunities and secure the funding/financing to enableDXR/Woodburne to maximise the potential return to shareholders?
