It is the same pwhite as before, its just his negativity is really showing him what a real wally he really is and he is getting more aggressive as he sees the likes of us whom he is slagging off all the time getting richer and richer.

In a nutshell its blind frustration.

Now we know that both Kenny and Colin are insiders. This means that they are unable to buy any more shares. It also means that they cannot sell any either.

The plonkers that are going on about not being able to add should also bear the reverse situation in mind.

As CPS1959 has been made an insider he is not able to buy any more stock and the flip side is he is not able to sell any, even if he wanted to!

How To Make, Or Lose, A Fortune In Junior Exploration Stocks
By David Galland, Managing Director, Casey Research

The topic of aggressive promotion brings me to the second thing to know about junior resource stocks – namely, that many of them are borderline frauds. Many of the companies involved in the junior resource sector are headed up by management teams that have no special expertise in finding or developing economic deposits. Rather, what they're good at is telling a really good story based on the loosest of "facts" in order to get investors to pay their overhead and, hopefully, allow them to trade out of their free or low-cost shares at a big profit.

While there are a number of signs you can look for that will give you some sense of the management's abilities and ethics, one is that the bad apples will tend to shift their stated focus between breakfast and dinner, depending on the flavor of the day. One minute, they are a junior gold company, the next they are on to the world's hottest lithium find – then sometime after lunch, they morph into being a uranium explorer.

It's a shame some people are so desperate for money they are prepared to talk b.s. to ramp a stock and then prevent free speech by banning those who give the other side of the argument.

Usually a good idea to steer clear of stocks where posters are so defensive they can not take alternative viewpoints being aired.

Stocks like HAWK and XTR are classic examples of such disasterous BB thread police operating and then watching their investments dwindle away.

cps1959 - I share your pain. Do you think that was the real reason that Kenny didn't do the meetings or is he an insider as well?

The implication is clear to me...

"I am stuck in this illiquid p.o.s when I was expecting a RTO and now am desperate for some idiot retail punters to take it off my hands or for someone who has a herd of lemming followers like TW to come and help ramp the stock up"

You should do 700k shares is 1.4% ;-0

My intention is to look to increase my position here. There is enormous potential to drive higher in the days and weeks ahead and I am stunned that is is still valued at the level of cash plus investments. Potty! imho

Am sure TW will strap on his superman costume and save the day soon...

engelo - I am a beginner at this lark so my thoughts should be taken with a large bucket of salt. They have the best part of £2 million to play with but they get 15% of any NAV increase, and as I understand it from someone else's post if the NAV drops in one year from say 4p to 3p they only get their 15% on an increase on the 4p, and don't start from the new base of 3p ( somebody please correct or confirm this in case I have got it wrong). That's different from almost every other trust out there. The more money in the company the greater the potential return for TW and co. I would have thought that silver will become one of the new flavours of the month soon so the sooner one can get into the market the better, so better having as much money now as possible. But I haven't a clue what the strategy will be. You could argue that they have bought the cash here fairly cheaply

Smaller Companies Gold Fund 5,526,315 10.94%
Smaller Companies Growth Fund 5,131,578 10.16%

so 21% of the company gives them 100% of the cash to play with which is a reasonable deal. I would hope for a really good deal or two in the very near future as so far the share price isn't indicating much confidence, and I have heard comments on some boards about people being locked in here and not being able to sell. Not good for the funds I would have thought as they get paid by increase of NAV but also by increase in the share price through their 21% holding.

It's a bit frustrating that CPS might be able to give us a few pointers but can't because of his new status as insider. Bet it frustrates him more though. A case of a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

Personally if I was running the company I would be inclined to do the best possible deals in the near future to drive the share price up then issue new shares. I do worry about the fairly negative vibes from people currently locked in here which is so like the old days with the Landers. But that turned out okay.

Kenny, get my share holding updated to 700,000. I have finally got up to the 1% mark and I want to see it up there so I can marvel at my financial acumen. This is the third time of asking and I am getting an inferiority complex.
