15/12/2010 23:10 | FLOJO - I requested an update given our prospect is in the Ivory Coast, I got a swift reply: 'The timetable is for the fundraising to commence at the end of February with admission mid March. Our information from Cote d'Ivoire is that the situation should be sorted out soon and we are continuing to work to that timetable.' It's the best we can hope for at this stage, fingers crossed the Ivorians sort themselves out, for our sake and chocolates sake. | dusseldorf
10/12/2010 11:06 | LOL.. i had heard Brian was proposing a relisting on 29th April 2011 but that has now been cancelled because of the royal wedding, real bummer that. It has now been put back to 31st February 2015. | maxbubble
10/12/2010 10:22 | FLOJO - no news as yet, just watching how things are progressing in the Ivory Coast (disputed presidential elections) - if civil war breaks out it could scupper the current plan for a prospect there - until it's clear what's happening I won't approach Brian. | dusseldorf
03/12/2010 15:45 | Hello duss ,any more news to report -regards | flojo
24/11/2010 17:18 | Brian is out of country until tomorrow however, has confirmed we have engaged Shore Capital as our broker, so they will take forward the prospect to market in order to raise placing funds. I believe their newest star is Jerry Keen looking after resources projects, he was at Astaire, I'm guessing he is looking after Dimensions interests. | dusseldorf
18/11/2010 11:18 | Made his money in emerging markets. PW £500m+ Part of Emerging Metals (EML) | flc
18/11/2010 10:26 | Hi FLC - not sure who Jim Mellon is, but yes: | dusseldorf
18/11/2010 10:03 | Duss - I don't know that much about Rivington but is it the same outfit that Jim Mellon is involved with? | flc
17/11/2010 21:53 | thankyou duss for all your updates on dmr | dartboard
17/11/2010 21:39 | Our advisor, Rivington Street, has recently started an investment vehicle 'DXR', the company issued a statement about investing in gold and silver prospects yesterday. If our advisor has an investment vehicle and we have a prospect, perhaps this is where our initial floatation investment is coming from, just a theory, no fact. target is Q1 2011 for a Dimension float.... | dusseldorf
13/11/2010 22:29 | Duss... I would normally agree but apart from turning up at an AGM has he put much time into the company really? I would say next to nothing. Its all just been noise, he gets an administrator to run the SA company, and he gets deals put on his desk. Whenever the market picks up for IPO's etc then I'm sure the RIGHT?!? deal will just happen to appear. Would shareholders be happy if he had drawn a salary for wiping out their capital?? He is meant to be a mogul after all. | maxbubble
13/11/2010 15:30 | maxbubble - I can see why it seems unfair, but read the below before passing judgement on him. The placing price seems worse than it really is, assume he's trying to break even or make a profit on his investments in DMR (he's been with the company over 13 years: 1998 Participated in floatation @30p? 1998 Bought 100,000 @18p/share cost £18,000 2000 Bought 833,333 @6p / share cost £50,000 2001 Bought 500,000 @1.25p / share cost £6,250 2001 Bought 2,500,000@1p / share cost £25,000 2002 Bought 400,000@0.5p / share cost £2,250 2003 Bought 3,000,000@0.5p /share cost £15,000 2003 Bought 500,000@0.6p/share cost £3,000 2003 Bought 1,720,000@0.5p / shares cost £8,750 Total: at least £127k+ invested for just shy of 9m shares. At the most optimistic level, you're looking at an average cost of 1.41p / share for him to break even. Lets say he had loaned £40k as working capital to the shell (if he hadn't we would likely be toast already) and ok he's converting at 0.1p/share Brian Moritz: Total expenditure on DMR shares over 13 years £167k+, total shares 49,000,000 Average price per share for Brian to break-even after participation (assuming it all goes ahead) 0.34p/share My average even if participating at 0.1 will be 0.26p/share. I don't begrudge the guy a favoured participation, also bearing in mind he has not drawn a salary here for over 10 years.... | dusseldorf
13/11/2010 10:40 | After 10 years Duss is Brian not converting at too high a price for himself??? I would have thought 0.000005p LOL | maxbubble
04/11/2010 14:41 | I've had a response to my questions - I have commented below: a) whether this is the sole intended target or the first of many (the latter has always been my understanding). It appears from the document that DMR is the holding company. - At present there is only one target, should opportunities arise they will be considered by the directors. b) Also, given that I have requested participation in the interim working capital funding at 0.1p - what is happening to this given it's held in Escrow. - Anyone who has participated thus far can keep the loan but convert (receive shares) on floation under new arrangements or have funds returned. c) Also to what extent is he participating in funding/converting his working capital debt in relation to float. - Brian will be converting any loans he has made to the company at 0.1p share or equivalent (same as working capital is being raised at) | dusseldorf
04/11/2010 11:35 | Katie Priceless - Geoff Hoodless does hold 20m shares in DMR, but Hoodless Brennan is not part of the team. SueHelen/Smiler always copied my posts blindly, and your style is akin. Are you sure you are not one and the same? | dusseldorf
04/11/2010 11:10 | Dimension Resources:Made of Cack-Current Price 0.27 pence-DMR's Stone Deposits would put a value of 0p Pence. (DMR) (DMR) Only gullible mug penny punters like SueHelen own this bag of nails. Hoodless B are also in on this one. What does that tell you ? Overvalued, illiquid, massive spread and HB's involvement make this a steer clear mug share. That was posted a year ago on Money#m. Dusseldorf is SueHelen on money#m i suspect. | katie priceless
04/11/2010 10:39 | katie priceless - The information is what it is. This is the third document I have seen regarding a prospect for DMR over the years. I remain optimistic for our return. Not even sure why you are posting given we haven't traded in over a year and aren't listed anywhere. Perhaps you have another interest. H D Shoring - I'm still holding all my stock. | dusseldorf
04/11/2010 10:12 | Katie . been here since 2004 in those days as Abubryn . If Duss has dumped he is putting on a great charade of being still interested ??? | h d shoring
04/11/2010 10:11 | No need to predict it there was plenty of time to invest in junior Gold mining company's such as CEY , have a look at the spot gold chart after the recession started and see how low it was for month's after | katie priceless
04/11/2010 09:56 | Katie-and you made a fortune by predicting the world recession-not | orvil
04/11/2010 09:54 | Go back and read what he said when he started this thread a classic pump & dump H D Shore I haven't lost any money on these have you ? | katie priceless
04/11/2010 09:45 | Katie . Have you just dropped in from another planet ?? | h d shoring
04/11/2010 09:41 | Katie-you really are priceless-how can you ramp something that is not even listed and will not be for some time-people will make up their minds when details are in the public domain. In the meantime the information being provided is correct and for info purposes only which i for one appreciate as I have a lot tied up in DMR.. | orvil
04/11/2010 09:14 | H D Shoring - No problem, we're all in the same boat (steam/paddle - not speed). I have some questions for Brian relating to a) whether this is the sole intended target or the first of many (the latter has always been my understanding). It appears from the document that DMR is the holding company. b) Also, given that I have requested participation in the interim working capital funding at 0.1p - what is happening to this given it's held in Escrow. c) Also to what extent is he participating in funding/converting his working capital debt in relation to float. Don't expect miracles in terms of value for current holders, I think the key on returning value will be how the market reacts to the prospect/prospects of a listing resources explorer. | dusseldorf |
