21/8/2010 11:10 | Bedsidemanner-where did you hear of this meeting-the company is curently not listed and there is nothing on the website-are you sure it is the same company? | orvil
21/8/2010 10:00 | Any one kind enough to explain (in words of one syllable) the implications of the resolutions proposed for the special general meeting? In anticpation - thank you. | bedsidemanner
04/8/2010 06:30 | I think the above is a Genuine reason as I was putting some shares recently into Certificate form and was told that I couldnt do it with DMR. I'm sure the real delay is just waiting on markets for small shares to pick up, Brian as a former Nomad advisor knows all the procedures and timescales needed for listings. | maxbubble
03/8/2010 22:32 | I have enquired regarding the delay in progressing listing on plus given we are a) a clean shell, b) have funds c) have a prospectus d) have prospects in discussion The response from Brian Moritz is below and in my view a genuine technicality slowing us down: "The shares have to be admitted to Crest. As a Bermuda company we need to set up Depositary Interests as we cannot Crest the shares directly. We have had to change registrars to Equiniti for that purpose but the lead time is 8 weeks" | dusseldorf
29/7/2010 18:08 | Get Real!! You have shares in a dormant and worthless private limited company. If a profitable opportunity comes along, why would Moritz want to share it with you guys? If the new opportunity requires funding then maybe you'll be asked to assist in the fundraising. But this would be a new opportunity requiring new funding and your position would be no more favourable than any institution or prospective punter who wasn't already holding shares. Your existing holding will be as diluted as the good-stuff in a homeopathic remedy. Write it off. Chartsie | chartsie
23/7/2010 09:04 | 10 Years have now past - it sure can be said that Brian is not the fastest of operators or like so many other execs he just does not have the will to put the effort in without a flood of easy money planted on his doorstep. | maxbubble
14/7/2010 09:43 | Duss I am aware that the costs associated with a re-list are extremely expensive if associated with a deal-maybe its the prudent option to re-list then introduce the deal. | orvil
13/7/2010 21:30 | Seems that Brian met with Plus Markets group last Friday Re:Dimension, and discussions were positive - Brian currently travelling again. Likelyhood is that we will list as a shell and pursue aquisitions after having a listed status - not a big bang - but perhaps that bodes better for speculation up to and including a reverse. Jonathan Moreley-Kirk has also seen the latest draft of the prospectus for listing on Plus and seems happy. Steady as she goes, but sounds like return to market is happening albeit much slower than any of us would like...I'll post if I hear anything more | dusseldorf
05/7/2010 19:49 | one month on...any update...? thanks | mister md
04/6/2010 18:28 | I guess no point in updating a website when there is nothing concrete to report. Brian also has a finder in SA I believe working on a no aquisition deal no fee basis, so deals should continue to become available. The £150k pledged is at 0.1p/share same as the open offer. Fingers crossed this will be the last requirement for a placing at that level. Guess I may wait a few weeks before next contact, by which time I hope we will be on Plus or in process of moving on. | dusseldorf
04/6/2010 09:00 | Listing a 'gold' project seems to be nicely timed in this economic climate ;) | mister md
04/6/2010 08:57 | FLOJO - I keep offering to do it for him foc but he just won't take the bait! | flc
04/6/2010 08:45 | Duss ,cant Brian just update the current website which i have as one of my favourates. | flojo
04/6/2010 07:45 | No problem, hopefully once re-listed we'll have a website where information can be shared on a more visible basis(!) For info, the prospects being considered are 2x Gold, 1x Iron ore and Manganese and 1x rare earth - all appear to be in various parts of Africa. | dusseldorf
04/6/2010 07:04 | Cheers Duss. | flojo
03/6/2010 16:48 | Flojo/FLC - after Flojos post I mailed Brian, who's on holiday in UAE but kindly replied. We have sufficient funds pledged (£150k+), a new nomad (as the last one recently lost status of being able to take co.s to Plus) and 4 potential prospects with the aim of shortly being listed on Plus. Brian is on draft version 4 of the proposed admission document. In my view the ducks are lined up and Im more positive than I have been for some time. The prospects may not proceed due to discussions etc, however listing appears to be on track. Days or weeks until relist hopefully. Brian also intends to convert funds he has commited to working capital thus far on plus listing. | dusseldorf

03/6/2010 07:14 | Anyone heard anything-?-regards | flojo
19/5/2010 08:55 | FLC-as this was the last RNS before cancellation of listing I would think that it is the Nomad appointment (nominated adviser) Resignation of Nominated Adviser TIDMDMR RNS Number : 8158R Dimension Resources Ld 06 May 2009 ? DIMENSION RESOURCES LIMITED RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER Dimension Resources Limited ("Dimension" or "the Company") announces that it has agreed with Grant Thornton UK LLP that Grant Thornton will step down as Nominated Adviser with effect from 29 May 2009. Dimension is actively seeking a new Nominated Adviser to replace Grant Thornton. Brian Moritz, Chairman of the Company, said "I would like to thank Grant Thornton for their support through what has been an undeniably difficult period for the Company. We have mutually agreed that a new Nomad would be better placed to advise during what we hope will be a revival of Dimension's fortunes" | orvil
19/5/2010 07:30 | Hi Duss, he seemed quite upbeat. 'Formal Announcement' is purely writing out to shareholders giving notice of new advisor. Not sure if this is Nomad? | flc
18/5/2010 16:28 | While we are de-listed there isn't really anything akin to a formal announcement. Perhaps as orvil suggests we may be angling for a re-list at some point. I won't bother Brian if you have already called him. At least we know he has not given up(!) | dusseldorf
18/5/2010 16:21 | FLC-do you mean Nomad for re-listing | orvil |
