24/8/2009 22:22 | Much appreciated (as are your informative posts). Best wishes | bedsidemanner
24/8/2009 14:50 | Besidemanner - My assumption is there will be a communication via the website. I only wrote 'perhaps posted?' as Brian said the results would be 'sent out' - I guess he means issued. Posting via snail mail at this point would be too costly. There are still approx 400+ registered shareholders at present living all over the world, meaning posting out would be in region of a few thousand + admin time... (and we don't have any staff...) As for changing your certs to reflect new address, the shareholders register I have from 2006 was issued by these guys, so writing a letter to them with amount and proof of ownership e.g. last known address for cert - and they will change - for a fee, I guess...though may have to go via Bermuda...: Share Registrars Limited Craven House, West Street Farnham Surrey GU9 7EN United Kingdom | dusseldorf
23/8/2009 19:36 | If posted - where or to whom can one update a postal address if hold share certs | bedsidemanner
22/8/2009 16:48 | thanks for the update DD - we live in hope ! | mister md
21/8/2009 11:20 | Dimension has now negotiated terms with all creditors (cash and shares) so is debt free (awaiting final audit of results - and bar owing the shares to be issued to creditors in conjunction with any aquisition funding). Brian has agreed to fund DMR expenses for the next 12 months himself, presumably in return for shares or repayment when an aquisition progresses. Accounts expect to be issued within the next 2 - 4 weeks- to shareholders (perhaps posted?). The website update is on the list of items to be addressed in the short-term.. Deals are being discussed at present... | dusseldorf
09/8/2009 20:16 | hi FLC - have sent you a mail. | dusseldorf
09/8/2009 10:56 | Duss - if you can pick this up drop me a line at richard@employee-com FLC | flc
06/8/2009 12:40 | Thanks Duss - still hopeful they will get things moving at some point - I would prefer PLUS as well. Although Bermuda listing for a few years with a view to coming back to London mkt at some point would probably be ok as well. | maxbubble
06/8/2009 09:06 | Fenseal3-i am one of those investors who have more shares than Duss-and for the record your statement re "how much did you get Duss" is both wrong and and impossible without some form of fraud. Statements like that should be thought out properly before they are bandied about on a public board. I can confirm the statement made by Duss re the potential listings is correct. | orvil
06/8/2009 09:04 | Duss - surely both these guys are experienced enough so as the listing wasnt cancelled - they have been advising companies for years. There was no need to cancel existing Nomad until you had a new one signed up. I tend to side with Fenseal there was a purpose behind all this Minemouth.com etc etc -I suppose time will tell - I dont think to relist on AIM will cost that much as all requirements are still in place, although PLUS seems to be going to be used more in the future by small firms. | maxbubble
06/8/2009 07:45 | fenseal3 - I still hold all my shares. I remain calm as firstly there is nothing I can do about the situation, secondly with Brian and Jonathans involvement there is no need for panic. The company lost it's listing on bad timing, but the company is and has been Brian Moritz / moorely-kirk and their expertise and wealth of contacts for a long time. Bermudan listing is $2000/year, plus market is £5k - £10. If you believe you can acquire a resources prospect for several million and raise substationally more in equity, than maybe I'd invest in your project...but until that day, I still have faith in Brian Moritz. There are other investors in here besides me. They also have more money than me and more to lose. | dusseldorf
05/8/2009 23:22 | duss you seem very calm with the out come you had 7m shares mmmm...i rest my case....i am worth more than DMR i have no listing but 50k cash and loads of contacts...my point, everyone can be a DMR as they are now worthless...they gave up when they delisted and they did this so they could bank any monies left, how much did you get duss. | fenseal3
04/8/2009 16:33 | All - have had an update, which has clarified a few matters. The main points being the company will continue to exist and opportunities are being reviewed, but more patience required. - The LSE appeal decision (re:listing) only reached Brian a couple of hours prior to a pre-booked travel to south africa. This prevented an orderly update to market prior to de-list. - The deal in the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) is definately off - deemed by professional parties as 'too risky'. - Current liabilities are in the process of being settled via a combination of cash and share issue (target is circa 30/70 %'age split). After the final creditor has agreed terms Dimension will be debt free - Brian is awaiting confirmation on the final creditor. This is to make Dimension 'officially' a debt free shell. - Dimension will be a Bermudan registered cash shell in Brians words 'such a vehicle remains in demand' - Brian and Jonathan have already identified 'a number of potential deals to bring in' - Initially Dimension is likely to be relisted on either Plus or the Bermuda Stock Exchange to save AIM admission costs (I have no info on Bermudan Stock exchange). There is no more information available than that. Three positives are a) we will be debt free, b) at least one and possibly two creditors have accepted shares as part payment so believe there is future potential c) Deals are being discussed. Do not hold your breath, however, as long as Brian and Jonathan continue to progress issues and remain involved, we should eventually see a return to market (be it first Plus or BSE) and progression of one or more deals will co-incide or follow. | dusseldorf

02/8/2009 17:07 | hi Flojo - I've only just written an e-mail to Brian cc Jonathan moorely-kirk re: what next. I'm expecting I'll get a reply early next week, though if not it's back to the phone by latest Friday... | dusseldorf

31/7/2009 18:06 | Ian how long did it take for them to get to plus and do you know how much it cost the company...thanks!! | fenseal3
31/7/2009 17:34 | Bright Futures Group delisted from AIM under the 'no investment made' rules, then came back on PLUS | ianbrewster
31/7/2009 17:17 | Can someone give me an example of a company that delisted then came back.......you will not find one!!!!!! DMR RIP!!!!!! | fenseal3
31/7/2009 16:55 | FLOJO why would you expect to hear something....they have gone for good!! if they thought it was worth staying in the AIM and if they had any deal they would of found a broker no probs this was all pie in the sky led by DUSS!!!! | fenseal3 |
