11/11/2011 09:34 | Ddorf- out of interest, are you also a holder of Goldplat plc, where Brian is Chairman ? Looks an interesting share... | mister md
10/11/2011 15:56 | thanks for the update, lets hope it will be a happy new year ! | mister md
10/11/2011 07:56 | Mister MD - well, more or less(!) I wrote an email to Brian last night 10.38pm and he responded within 2 minutes. "The timetable remains at marketing at the end of this month, but this needs to be confirmed at the end of this week. I cannot say more at this point" Marketing is the fundraising round for floatation - so whilst he says the 'timetable remains' - it has shifted from marketing end Oct floatation November 23rd ish, to marketing end November, which in my view will likely push any floatation back until either 19-24th Dec or into the new year.... Not quite sure what he means by the fact 'marketing needs to be confirmed at the end of this week' - perhaps this is when he and Nomad agree dates and venues and until this is done he's speculating a little | dusseldorf
07/11/2011 12:47 | things still going to plan here ? | mister md
05/10/2011 08:49 | Many thanks Duss | groats118
04/10/2011 12:18 | Duss thanks for the update-in a way I am pleased about the delay as hopefully the markets will have settled down by then. | orvil
04/10/2011 11:38 | groats118 - co-incidentally I heard from Brian today (given we passed end of Sept and I asked for update). Ivorian cost exploration permit agreement is 'imminent' (but the reason for delay) they are in touch with the president and minister for mining (apparently!). Current adjusted timetable is presentation and fundraising end Oct and relist November w/c 21st . Hopefully this does not slip. This could co-incide with a resurgance of gold based on weakening equity markets, we'll see. | dusseldorf
04/10/2011 10:47 | Hi Duss, Do you think we will still be on course for a listing this month. Not really an ideal time to be returning though with the current market conditions !! | groats118
08/9/2011 08:56 | good find maxbubble - have you been checking every day(!?) Under construction is a bit like DMR in general. Logo is clean and corporate. | dusseldorf
01/9/2011 22:36 | holmespaul - I agree having in official writing is better confirmation(!) Worth re-reading what FLC summarised from results: I trust eveyone received the Annual Report in the post this weekend? Just in case here are the main points in Brian's statement dated 4th July 2011: Agreement in principle now signed to acquire gold exploration project Advisors now appointed for AIM flotation and to raise £3m Project comprises M'bengue, Kouto and Boundiali in Cote d'Ivoire Object of DMR's exploration activity to identify gold deposits of at least 1m oz Company has £180k cash and re admission after summer holidays On 20/11/10 MOA signed with Gewiss Ltd (BM 10% shareholder) Shareholders in Gewiss will exchange their shares in Gewiss for shares in DMR at a price of GBP 0.0015 on the basis that DMR will be valued at £10m Share consolidation on the basis of one New OS of 4p for every 40 existing The business model for this venture is along the lines of a) Sample with drilling b) Assess key 'hot spots' with view for finding 1m oz reserves (thats $1.8bn! of resource) c) get JORC compliance d) Sell prospect to a major The fundraising at the end of September will raise enough for a 2yr model which is sufficient to reach the end goal without recourse to further fundraising. That said, Dimension is a vehicle and not a mining company, so further prospects may be aquired through the issue of shares though I suspect given Brian and buddies are behind the Gewiss venture group they will want any dilution to be above their conversion point. Dimension and Gewiss and bermudan and BVI registered respectively, so tax haven is the name of the game - someone somewhere wants to make good money out of this, had they not, we'd have been toast a long time ago. | dusseldorf
01/9/2011 14:31 | Nice to see this coming back - glad they are going for gold. Hopefully make some profit here at some point which would be good. | maxbubble
01/9/2011 13:54 | holmespaul I to have received my new allocation just short of 185k but i expect to be diluted further with the fund raising requirements-still the price of Gold is rising and that will offset some of it. It is a good time to re-list. | orvil
01/9/2011 13:31 | Hello, (regular watcher, RARE contributor) Received a letter from my broker today informing me of the 1 for 40 consolidation as FLC stated. Also informed me that they had received an email from the chairman "who informs us that it is in an advanced stage of re-listing on Aim as a gold exploration company. The timetable currently suggests that it will be re-admitted to AIM during October" which reflects the ongoing hard investigative work of Dusseldorf. Nice to see some actual paper work though (no offence to Dusseldorf). Not so good to see holdings down to 25,000 but better than nothing! Only concern (and I have had many, many companies go through consolidations) is that once the price is raised to a more credible level, than the market makers think Mmm.. we can play with that price! and before you know it is down to 1.5p (they cannot exactly play with 0.002 pence type prices other than go bust). I hope not, but as I say I have seen it happen time and time again! Oh well here's to a Golden future! resources permitting Ha | holmespaul
22/8/2011 10:30 | also with TDW - there are goings on with a few of my delisted shares and the only way I keep informed is through others on the advfn bulletin boards ! | mister md
22/8/2011 09:03 | Excellent - you seem to get a few updates I don't as my nominee TDWaterhouse seem to hold onto announcments. I guess they will reflect changes at some point - if not, I might have to prod them. | dusseldorf
10/8/2011 09:24 | Thanks Duss | flc
09/8/2011 18:52 | Update from Brian: The timetable is for the fund raising at the end of September with AIM admission in October. We will need the markets to settle down, of course, but from our side all is up to date ...hopefully by settle down, he means being less irratic, I don't think the direction of markets in general is of concern. | dusseldorf
21/7/2011 21:05 | HDShoring - one down - looks like TOM made a positive return(!) | dusseldorf
20/7/2011 12:25 | Thanks all,i have not recieved anything myself,but looks good. | flojo
19/7/2011 11:23 | Thanks Dusseldorf,. Spare a thought for me currently holding Dmr Xtr taking over Elko suspended Mms taking over anything it can find . delisted tom due back thursday . Vir probably about to buy something Sync awaiting approval of rto on 28th . west gone private . ecr not doing badly . Could be a good xmas this year . | h d shoring
19/7/2011 10:36 | HD Shoring - by my calcs at 0.15p 'float' price pre-consolidation - will equate to a post consolidation float of 6p/share. I'm glad the consolidation appears to be lower level than what I'd seen tabled before. From my understanding the plan is to find gold and then sell on the prospect - I believe DMR will remain a vehicle for multiple such aquisitions so I wouldn't look at the aquisition as the end game, more a stepping stone. Gewiss looks like a private tax haven equity company in turn being absorbed by our Bermudan registered tax haven - lets hope if Brian holds 10% that there are also some other big names and that we may one day be subject to some hedge fund style speculation as the scale of subsequent aquisitions grows. It's very rare these days to see anything return to market - and though hopeful, I'll only really be happy once we're listed and trading again(!), roll on September/October. | dusseldorf
18/7/2011 13:20 | With Gold at $1601 per oz and forecasts for £2000 within 2 years the timing could not be better | orvil
18/7/2011 13:17 | Nothing received here yet, but exciting news. | sim5198 |
