04/11/2010 08:47 | Thanks for update Duss sterling work as always . | h d shoring
04/11/2010 08:20 | I've had an update from Brian (marked confidential) so I really can't say much given it relates to a specific prospect for which detail and funding requirements etc.. have been outlined. I am happy with what is being put forward but we will have to be patient. I'm trying not to get too optimistic given I have seen similar documentation for other prospects which subsequently stalled, however, there does appear to be interest in this one which encourages Brian - unlike e.g. the congo deal that fell flat on it's face. Regarding listing, it may be that the step of Plus is bypassed and the next time we can trade will be on AIM - though I don't think that has been decided yet. | dusseldorf
03/11/2010 19:30 | Well I cant make my mind up where to place my bet on action coming first . I have Dmr tom imic. Good job nvta ,vml, mms, rgm, cyan, are more interesting . | h d shoring
21/10/2010 15:41 | Duss ,heard anymore,cheers. | flojo
17/10/2010 18:56 | fenseal - I always choose my words carefully 'I believe Rington Street (who appear themselves to be doing rather well) have inferred in a trading statement about DMR'. I suspect DMR is one of the unnamed three.... ..this is not a fact, this is a belief based on logic with three words in my brief statement that convey my lack of conviction. DMR's advisor is owned by Rivington street (this is a fact). How may investment vehicles do you think they work on at any given point in time? Regardless you don't have to apologise for anything. I am not the owner of the information just a conduit. I am as frustrated as you are by false dawns. However, Brian has continued to discuss openly about progress and so far (re:capitalisation, new issue participation) we appear to be on track, albeit at a snails pace. | dusseldorf
17/10/2010 09:12 | Duss you have no idea if DMR will be one of them, pure speculation.....you also state that rington street have made a statement regarding DMR and they have not!!!!i will apologize if you ever come up with concrete proof that DMR will join plus this year or next. | fenseal3
08/10/2010 18:33 | I believe Rington Street (who appear themselves to be doing rather well) have inferred in a trading statement about DMR: t1ps Investment Management During the year the division increased its funds under management from GBP 14.2m to GBP 24.2m boosted by the purchase of the management contracts for three EIS Funds which have GBP 1.66m under management. The SF t1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund has increased its NAV since its launch on 21st November 2007 by 32.01% and the SF t1ps Smaller Companies Gold Fund has increased its NAV since its launch on 11th September 2009 by 47.39% making both among the top performing funds in their respective peer groups. The division is now working on the launch of up to three more investment vehicles. I suspect DMR is one of the unnamed three.... | dusseldorf
06/10/2010 18:37 | FYI our advisor is : ..and the new owner who bought them is: Rivington Street Rivington are a listed entity, so I hope they will have access to potential investors for DMR. | dusseldorf
06/10/2010 14:21 | Apparently I also have a letter from Bermuda at home, so we can at least afford a postage stamp... UPDATE: Turns out I'd forgotten about my 'other' Bermudan registered investment, nothing to do with DMR | dusseldorf
06/10/2010 10:12 | FLOJO - It just means that the company is still doing everything by the book - and at least some recent formal communication has been issued by the company - other than via me...(!) ..having said that I have another update (this morning) from Brian after asking why we were still not listed. The recent delay (As we had expected to be on Plus by now....or at least approaching a list date) has been a result of goings on at the advisor we have. Dimension had appointed an advisor who sourced an investor to fund capital for listing on Plus (the balance of outstanding £150k new stock issue). The advisor then recently got aquired by a larger organisation. Subsequent to the aquisition the new owners of our advisor and original investor disagreed on something and the investor withdrew money commitment. The group that bought our advisor has now agreed to source the funding required for listing instead, however, wanted clearance from Plus that 'everything was ok for listing' - clear balance sheet etc. etc... Brian has since obtained that approval from Plus (i.e. If you can confirm funds, you can list) and he is meeting with the advisor tomorrow to progress the listing in his words '... to sort out what is outstanding'. He is on holiday for a week and hopes the advisor will sort out funds before he returns. One day I shall write a book about this saga, but until then have to remain patient. | dusseldorf
30/9/2010 08:47 | Thanks Duss ,what does this mean? Regards. | flojo
29/9/2010 21:23 | No update yet I'm afraid, but I see there was a notice (classified advert) which seems to have been issued in bermuda when we cleared the share premium account. First web listed item I've seen for Dimension in a long time... See this bermudan website: Appears to have been issued by: - probably the handlers for all things Bermudan on AIM | dusseldorf
23/9/2010 08:48 | fenseal3 - It is frustrating having to wait, I've becomed hardened to continuing delays. orvil summarises my position. The most important fact is the company still exists, is still reporting results (albeit as a shell) and has recently had an EGM and a private placement for £150k. There is documentation to prove that. That is not like 99% of stocks that disappear and die when de-listed from AIM...so we are the 1% that survive. I hold a large amount of DMR, imagine taking the number of shares you own and multiplying by 10. Then maybe you'll see why I take an active interest in proceedings. | dusseldorf
22/9/2010 22:17 | 10m what? Paper clips? This promises be a good get-out! Oh, and to save you the trouble fenseal, I've been paid too. Pretty good, eh, for a company that has no outgoings (bar costs of relisting on PLUS). FWIW I am an interested longtime lurker with no direct interest, but a 10 year ADVFN history under the same moniker. I've never changed it since Motley Fool days when the fashion was to invent daft nicknames. I hope you realise what a fool you're making of yourself, when you've sobered up tomorrow. | doobydave
22/9/2010 22:01 | i will give 10m to charity if this comes back to market.............t | fenseal3
22/9/2010 21:56 | bed you have been paid as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | fenseal3
22/9/2010 21:49 | Fenseal3 your an adult and fully aware we are responsible for our own investment decisions. Taking out your frustrtaion on Duss is not productive or fair. | bedsidemanner
22/9/2010 21:26 | duss if you are paid by dmr to keep things at bay i will find you out and the company you work for.....i have lost money and so have alot of peeps if i need to drive myself to find out i will. | fenseal3
22/9/2010 16:16 | fenseal3 - the website likely can't be found as it's undergoing a revamp (that is my belief) - it was there a week or so ago and has been for 3 years+, so not just co-incidence. Plus only lists companies once it confirms they are coming on board with a timetable, not sure what you are looking at but the list of applications to plus only currently has one company listed (circle opportunities plc). Have you lost your money - no...a little more patience required. If we haven't heard anything by the end of week I'll get an update from Brian | dusseldorf
22/9/2010 15:17 | Duss is this for real where does it say refresh if you try to get to the old website it says can't be found...also on plus it has a list of companies for new applicants the list goes into dec practically and no DMR to be found, i have tried to get hold of someone to see if and when this will be going to plus but failed to reach anyone.....all i want to know is have i lost my money...YES OR NO!!!! | fenseal3
22/9/2010 06:17 | Thans Duss for keeping us all informed. | flojo
21/9/2010 17:08 | Unfortunately not Duss! | flc
21/9/2010 16:32 | Not sure if it's progress or not, however, the Dimension resources website appears to be down at present (whereas it was available a few days ago) - undergoing a refresh? FLC - have your services been called to order? | dusseldorf
18/9/2010 18:33 | Thanks once again ..... | bedsidemanner |
