Perhaps you've forgotten - this is their funding arrangement with ICJL ..

"ICJL has the right to subscribe for up to a further 60 million new ordinary shares in Dev Clever ("Subscription Rights") at 10 pence per share in the following tranches:

-- 20 million shares on or before 28 February 2021; and
-- 40 million shares on or before 30 June 2021. "

As for earnings guidance. I mean the formal ones usually given by companies through their brokers - what companies usually refer to as "market expectations" when they have to give profit warnings. Not wild hopes of private investors/punters.

Scantrader, that's the funniest post I've seen on here for a long time. No one can be that miss-informed, so I'll assume you're kicking yourself you missing out on 8p! This has a very long way to go though, so still a very rewarding buy. £2 within 12 months.

Price strangely perky considering no earnings guidance from co.

Two fundraisings coming up this half year, first within a few weeks, for 60 million shares combined, at a huge discount to current share price (Just 10p per share).

PEEL has gone into the bid with 16p but giving 16.20p if you want to sell

good demand for the buying

Every time the buying price is higher, so any good size trade plus the NT will push the stock higher.

keeping the spread large though the real prices are much closer.
on a spread of 15.50 v 16.50p
some selling was for 16p and buying now at 16.40p

Big demand for the shares this morning with a big buy trades paying premium 16.25p from the offer 16p.
spread now 15.50 v 16.40p +0.40p

08:12:46 16.25p 200,000 £32.50k

level 2 of 5 v 1 on the larger spread.

Is a very hard work for the share price during the last few days as it wants to go higher and BREAKOUT, but some shorter are trying against it as it reaches that point. Let's see at the 3er time lucky.

I had my doubts about this one too. But it's all about India I gather and the earnings will be mega. Stock has an appointment with 40p say the enthusiasts.

Well done those that got in here early its done amazingly well and its come a long way from the float where some of the dodgiest traders alive suckered a lot into buying and then sold it all the way down to 1p.

However, I’m baffled by the over £60 million market cap and only £400k in revenue and still loss making. Even the growth in the contracts announced still don’t support the fundamentals IMO

I would hope so too.....maybe I’m just trying to manage my expectations / hopes, in light of some hefty future company values being banded around! Fingers crossed, and see where the cards fall!

When prospectus is published with details of contracts this has got 50p all over it .A fab company and off the radar atm ..when the hoards arrive ...

I would like to think that some of the larger holders bagzzz7 would resist any attempt to sell the company for a low price, given the possibilities.

I did a few dummy sells for lesser amounts, and they ranged from 13.3 to 12.85, but currently being offered 13.75. However,it matters not if ur planning on holding. 🤣

Brokers happy to buy in large chunks today. Dummy buy for 200,000 shares easily gone through, which isn’t always easy. 12.885p offered. 15p before year end? We’ll see. GL all

Well it’s certainly been a positive last few trading days. Chuffed with my 2p first buy in and 3.5p average. I’ve done lots of reading on various boards and social media platforms and am still trying to get my head around some of the future valuations being thrown around for DEV. E.g. between 21p and £2....it’s going to be interesting to see how this plays out but I think it will be bought out long before we see monumental shifts up. Happy to be holding at a low average....and have a sneaky feeling this could be a once in a lifetimer! Holding and holding long. Good luck all.
