Good news from Pearson today ...

On London's equity markets, educational publisher Pearson jumped 8.74% after reaffirming its expectations for full-year sales and adjusted operating profit as it posted a 7% jump in third-quarter underlying sales.

I'd say this is getting taken out before it can relist and at a good premium. Likely a very good bargain around 50p for the bigger players. IMHO, GLA

Poster renoc on lse has gone full scale delusional. Hey mate, go look at any company that needs to use a death spiral finance provider(take NAPS for starters) and you will see it's got knack all to do with it being a resource company.

Oh dear, another loss making year huh. (£2.54 million if you must ask)

While the rampers will point to the increased revenues, that will be to distract from the fact that at £7.36 million they are absolutely tiny. Cash just a little over £7m too. But don’t worry as the Executives at DEV are doing just fine having awarded themselves some nice pay rises ;-)

Can anyone venture how DEV is even remotely worth a valuation of £250 million? No wonder CA is dumping.

Oh dear rampers. Not so good huh. Standby for those 37 million 1p options to be dumped. Plus it seems that £50 million revenue waffle has vamooshed too huh. Only question here is how big the fall on open will be. Mind the gap.

Board change

The Company announces that David Ivy has informed the Board of his decision to step down as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect owing to personal circumstances.



Dev Clever is seeking to appoint two internationally experienced individuals with relevant global commercial and growth company expertise, a Non-executive Chairman and Non-executive Director respectively. Further updates will be provided in due course.
