Well this is starting to look like a downward trend!! First one for a while. The prospectus had better be out by the 31st or the market will react very badly. It'll go down as quickly as it has flown up. Really needs to be a good and informative prospectus with some recent numbers regarding take up through Lenovo since April, or the 7s or lower could be upon us again. Really think it could hit 10p or more with some good news.....but if that deadline is missed I fear this will sink fast. Ripe to be traded this one!

Looks like 11-12p was well over optimistic....should have followed my own advice and could have increased my holding by 15% at least. Ripe to be traded this one. Half going on the next spike.

Toolsmoker: Thanks for the very thoughtful and carefully considered words. I’ve still got slightly under 327000 shares thank you, but will be selling half when this spikes around 11p-12p and then retraces. I’ll buy back confidently with a nearer 10% increase and with 360000 shares. Ripe to be traded this one, and if I get it wrong...at 12p and sell half, I’ll be content with a 336% increase on my investment. As someone previously wrote.....a profit it a profit. Good luck with your investments....I wish you well....shame your sentiments are not reciprocated. Hey ho!

Looks like this is heading back down to the 7s unless the board provide some meaningful data as to how things are progressing! Some money making opportunities are being missed my just holding and waiting. Currently over £5k down from recent highs.....and could have increased my holding by over 10% if it had been traded. Yes it doesn't increase in a a straight line, but could take advantage of that. After the next spike and drop of 5%, I'm out and buying back in when it drops....which it will. GL all.

Aren`t subscription shares a kind of fundraising then? I thought it meant the funds raised would go to DEV, this is what Vox`s coverage says...
The group detailed that 2.5m shares of the first tranche of 20m subscription shares will be completed on or before 31 July 2020, raising £0.25m before related costs.

The 15% taken of the first tranche brings in 250k, and just because a company gets some funding doesn`t guarantee anything...as experienced by thousands of companies in the past, and in the future.
Its the market that the company needs to convince, and after the results, and the drab outlook statement as well as no numbers again the market has decided that you will be able to buy these lower in the next week or so.

Love to understand logic of 9p seller on the day Co. announces it has taken in 10p funding? If you are on this board can you help me with an explanation of your thought process please?
