Toolsmoker: Thanks for the very thoughtful and carefully considered words. I’ve still got slightly under 327000 shares thank you, but will be selling half when this spikes around 11p-12p and then retraces. I’ll buy back confidently with a nearer 10% increase and with 360000 shares. Ripe to be traded this one, and if I get it wrong...at 12p and sell half, I’ll be content with a 336% increase on my investment. As someone previously wrote.....a profit it a profit. Good luck with your investments....I wish you well....shame your sentiments are not reciprocated. Hey ho!

As a long term holder since Feb 2019 today is a good feeling and only the start of something that could be quite special.

Lenovo Enhances Portfolio of Education Solutions to Meet Evolving Demands of Hybrid Learning | Business Wirehttps://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20200804005344/en/Lenovo-Enhances-Portfolio-Education-Solutions-Meet-EvolvingRead this and understand why the combination of Lenovo, DEV Clever and Veative is so compelling as EdTech continues to attract major Strategic and Financial interest. Once Dev breaks through 10p it will quickly double to 20p IMO

Looks like this is heading back down to the 7s unless the board provide some meaningful data as to how things are progressing! Some money making opportunities are being missed my just holding and waiting. Currently over £5k down from recent highs.....and could have increased my holding by over 10% if it had been traded. Yes it doesn't increase in a a straight line, but could take advantage of that. After the next spike and drop of 5%, I'm out and buying back in when it drops....which it will. GL all.

When Dev Clever issues the shares then the number of shares in issue will increase.

Thanks, so when they decide to sell them they are added to the shares in issue total?

Yes it's a fundraising, there is a slight legal difference in so much as in a subscription the investor deals directly with the company but in a placing there's a broker involved. In both circumstances though there are fees and commissions such that the company doesn't receive 100% of the funds raised. eg if the shares are issued to the investor at 10p and he manages to flip them all at 9p then if there's a commission of 15% he's still made a small margin. The company will have raised £212.5k net and the only person who's lost out is the retail punter who has fallen for the story.

Aren`t subscription shares a kind of fundraising then? I thought it meant the funds raised would go to DEV, this is what Vox`s coverage says... The group detailed that 2.5m shares of the first tranche of 20m subscription shares will be completed on or before 31 July 2020, raising £0.25m before related costs.

The 15% taken of the first tranche brings in 250k, and just because a company gets some funding doesn`t guarantee anything...as experienced by thousands of companies in the past, and in the future. Its the market that the company needs to convince, and after the results, and the drab outlook statement as well as no numbers again the market has decided that you will be able to buy these lower in the next week or so.

Love to understand logic of 9p seller on the day Co. announces it has taken in 10p funding? If you are on this board can you help me with an explanation of your thought process please?

Well that's a first chunk of 10p funding in now!! Rest to follow next month. Mkt has made too pessimistic assumptions here. We ought to see 10p+ now this week...

Assuming that the 10p subscription proceeds (likely) and the Company confirms with their HYE results that business traction is and remains as expected no reason why the shares can't move swiftly into the high teens soon. It would be nice though if they could become a real UK led Edtech consolidator versus another.....

Still feel the mkt has assumed the 10p financing won't happen, when actually there's no reason to take that view. I got on board 6-7p because I thought that was an anomaly. News may be coming next few wks on this & we could see 12p+ imo in short term...
