Lots of chat on other BBs of an order being filled. I’ve tried a dummy sell at 300,000, 200000, 100000, and 50,000 and can’t get a quote...and further the share price slips. Long term looking good, although short term no so! Disappointing to see it slipping.

Wp, you raise some good points. My gut feeling is that there are no coincidents....same address....hmmmm! I'm just looking forward to the next official trading updates. I my experience shares don't move on PR, e.g. Vog markets interviews, they move on RNSs and as we all know, often they move one way or another, just before an RNS. Most think this will move up quickly and I really hope it does, but I don't see much happening here for at least four to six weeks! Hoping I'm wrong but just putting it out there. It's a share that's too good to be out of at the moment though!

BagZZZ I had similar thoughts although I came up with different reasons. Intrinsic have not put any money in yet and from what I can see don’t have to. First option is in June or when prospectus is ready. I think the share sale to ackers may have something to do with the equity raise. Ackers and the Intrinsic have the same address on Albemarle street in London. They are on the same floor but It doesn’t look like Ackers has a formal position there. There seem to be two Intrinsic businesses working from there. Jeffries may be rewarding Ackers for his help in securing this investment. I could understand if Jeffries wanted to take a few million £ off the table he does own half the company and I don’t think he’s rolling in it. However I’m not sure why he is giving him so long to make his mind up.

Tried a ‘dummy sell’ for 150000, 100000 and 50000 and none went through! Shares certainly not being hoovered up! Over the last three months during share price rise, I’ve never had a problem with ‘dummy sells’ always get a quotes. This drop just doesn’t make sense, other than lack of buying....which is at odds with the news being released. Just sit and watch this space I guess!

Looks like buyers coming in now at this stupid price which the seller has dragged us down to. This should be correcting to 10p. No reason not to be...

Agreed. There was a seller on the bid BEFORE yesterday's news. I think once they clear we will move up closer to/over 10p. Bit of patience required. Good luck...

Tidy: Thanks, I’m just keeping an open mind. Been burned a few times in the past. Bobby: Thanks, I hadn’t thought of the need to sell to a larger investor or the implications of it. Still seems strange to me that we’re not at 10p and that the share price is slipping. Fingers crossed on and continued upward trend. Maybe news on signing up numbers in the US will help. Watch this space I guess.

Bagzzz. Hi there. I think all your questions relate to the individual circumstances of one individual person. There could be numerous reasons someone decides to cash in any investment. At this size it's never going to be possible to just sell in the market so inevitably there is a trade off in price for certainty. As someone who buys sells business as I do, I see these sorts of deals everyday. Not an issue at all imo

Hi All, This is my first post, but read this and other BBs regularly. I'm only positing now I have a burning question that I'd like to see what your thoughts are. I'm fortunate to have purchased a sizeable chunk her on 3rd Fef for around 2p, and averaged up, so I'm doing fairly well. The latest news wasn't taken brilliantly by the market, but this could be down to everything being down. My questions are as follows; 1) If Jefferies was expecting a sharp increase in the share price, as many on the BBs are in the short term, why sell a significant proportion to Akers for 8p now, at that prices for up to nearly 2 years!? I'm sure he doesn't need the cash and so it doesn't make sense, when he could make at least double that if it goes up as many expect. 2) what is the advantage to Jeffries for selling other than cashing in, albeit at a price far less than most expect this to achieve. The company doesn't gain an advantage from a financial persepcetive! Is there another advantage I'm missing? 3) I've been investing for 11 years and every time there is a fundraiser the share price has always been taken, usually down, to the placing / fundraising price, or lower. Why hasn't this happened in this case and the share price moved up? Our shares will effectively be diluted and we'll own a smaller proportion of the company, so my view is that multiples of this share price are likely to be way off. Thoughts? 4) I've researched the warrant at 25p and I just don't get it being issued. It just doesn't make sense for Jefferies to sign a deal that says have a chunk of shares for 8p now....when the warrant implies they could expect a share price of 25p within 3 years. It all seems a bit odd, that or I'm missing something. I'm not deramping. I'm doing well out of the company and all the news points to great things and the ride the last 3 months has been unreal. I'd love to see it above 10p and beyond in the short term, but to me logically something doesn't add up in the short term. Can anyone offer any thoughts on this? Hoping this is received in the inquisitive nature it is intended to be sent. Wishing everyone an enjoyable ride on this exciting adventure!

Obviously the placing at 10p grabs headlines but don't forget the Warrants attached are 25p!! That in itself is a big statement imo...
