Bagzzz114 - I am a relatively new investor, was soon under water but with the sellers appearing to have been taken out, I just feel that there will soon be news.

An interesting week in which I added quite a few. Let's see.

All taken in good humour. You win some and you lose some......you even lose some you initially win on if you don't sell at the right time. That's more frustrating than backing a loser from the start! Whatever happens, the next 6 months will be interesting....even if the upcoming weeks may be a little boring, if not painful!NBL

Bagzzz114 - I was only teasing. We will see but there is evidence that there have been sellers but that said it would be good to have an update and/or the prospectus. Good luck yourself.

Toolsmoker: maybe but I doubt it. I think there may be further to go. Have invested half in AVCT this morning so I’m already up on that trade and put the other half in PURP this morning and the dip, which should see a return in the coming months as the housing market reopens.

I still think his will drop down into the 4s....disappointing but there you go.

At the end of the day nobody know where this is going. Longer term this should do well, but I’m very very disappointed to see this back in the 5s....but I did guesstimate where this was going a few weeks back. I’ve been investing for just over 11 years and I’ll never understand how trading works. Buy low and sell high....it just ain’t that easy. 5.75p with 200mil shares purchased at 10p, warrants at 25p. This makes no sense, other than institutions generally have much more patience than PIs.

Advice to oneself.....don̵7;t be swayed by what’s on these boards. Create a plan and stick to it. If I’d have done that, namely, invest in Dev short term, enjoy the ride and sell as lockdown eases, I would have at least 50-70% more than I have now. I don’t buy this rubbish about investors selling being the reason for the drop. Doesn’t wash with me, been in companies before that continually slid downwards with persistent messages on BBS saying it’ll go up once the seller clears. Rubbish.

I like the look of DEV long term., e.g. 18 - 36 month, but there are better companies to invest in on the short term. Selling 50% of my holding tomorrow, at £5k
less than I should have done. I can’t watch this drop any further without taking some profit....should have done it 3-4 weeks ago and invested it in Barc, Cine or Purp, as was the original plan. Hey ho!

Good luck all, but I think the quick buck may well be gone for now here.

Sloppy retail selling affecting the price - maybe margin calls on other holdings?? DEV could certainly benefit from Institutional investor support and/or Brokers capable of helping to promote the Company to new investors, especially as DEV is now ideally placed to benefit from the surge in global demand for EdTech and the rollout of VICTAR and Careers Guidance with Lenovo. It's not inconceivable that Lenovo might take a friendly strategic minority stake in the DEV similar to what HTC did last month with VR Education where HTC bought a 20% stake prompting a subsequent 5x increase in VRE's share price.

Erkman - whilst I appreciate that there is antagonism towards China resulting from Coronavirus and an ongoing trading spat between the USA and China, Lenovo has premises in many countries in addition to China.

As part of both issues one could consider whether the number of Chinese students who hitherto have attended British universities and colleges will continue to attend.

Might they instead take advantage of VR and Dev Clever's educational facilities if available? There is much that is attractive in investing in Dev let alone enterprise value which could value the company far higher.

Whilst I am still learning about the company and the above are initial thoughts I think investors could be in for an interesting time although patience is required.
